AI COOL User Guide
Please read this manual carefully before use.
1. Install Software
AI Library software download and installation:
Users can search for "aicool market" from their mobile app store or scan the provided QR code to download the installation package. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation process.

2. Login Software
After installation, open the "aicool market" software. Grant permissions for "microphone" ? and "camera" ? as prompted to facilitate device binding.
Navigate to "My" in the lower right corner, then enter "Settings". In the upper left corner, select the login option. Enter your email address and obtain a verification code to log in.
Login Interface Description: Fields for email input, verification code input, buttons for "Send code" and "Login", with checkboxes to agree to "User Terms" and "Privacy".
Users can click "Check in" daily and exchange "energy points" at the gold coin exchange on the home page.
Home Page Description: Features a "Check in" button, displays "energy points" (EP), and a "gold coin" exchange. The name "玄机小助手" (Xuanji Assistant) is also visible.
3. Product Function
After binding the AI translation software with a Bluetooth headset, it provides the following main functions:
- Real-time translation: Supports multilingual real-time translation, eliminating language barriers during communication.
- Voice to text: Converts voice information received through the Bluetooth headset into text in real time, convenient for viewing and recording.
- Text to speech: Translates text into voice playback, suitable for users with different listening habits.
- Intelligent learning: The software learns from user habits to continuously optimize translation effects.
4. Functional Use
Connect your Bluetooth headset to the AI COOL market translation software. The software supports text translation and real-time voice translation when connected to a Bluetooth headset.
Connecting to a Bluetooth Headset
- Turn on the Bluetooth headset: Ensure your Bluetooth headset is powered on and in pairing mode.
- Open AI COOL software: Launch the AI COOL market translation software on your device. Navigate to the "My" interface and click "Bind a new device". Scan the "Device binding code" found in the instruction manual's home page to connect. (No code scan is needed for built-in devices). The device status will show as "Connected".
- Device Binding Interface Description: Shows "Connected" status for a device named "DY08", with an "Unbind" button.
- Intelligent assistant: Click the microphone ? icon to ask questions. The intelligent AI assistant will provide answers.
- Use real-time voice translation: After a successful connection, select the source and target languages. Press the voice input button in the software. The software will translate the voice input (via Bluetooth headset or mobile phone) and output the translated text or voice.
- Language Selection Example: Shows "← Chinese (Mandarin)" and "English (United States)" with a checkmark ✔️.
Translation Mode Selection
Choose from the following translation modes:
- Silent mode: Displays only the translation results without any sound.
- Earphone mode: Speak into your phone and listen to the translation from your headset.
- Speaker mode: Press to speak, release to end recording, and play the translated audio from your phone.
- Two earphone mode: Each person wears a headset. Speak into your headset, and the translated audio plays from the headset.
Display Mode Selection
Choose how translation results are displayed:
- Normal mode: Displays the original text first, followed by the translation results below. Suitable for personal practice.
- Talk mode: Displays the original text and translated results side-by-side, facilitating mutual understanding.
- Block mode: The upper half of the screen displays the original text, and the lower half displays the translation results.
Conference Assistant
This feature includes meeting recording, voice-to-text conversion, meeting summary, and sorting. Connect your headset during a meeting and provide details like time, place, participants, outline, and main content. The software can automatically generate a summary, freeing your hands from typing.
5. Common Problems and Solutions
- Connection problem: Ensure the Bluetooth headset is on and in pairing state, and that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- Inaccurate translation: Ensure the input voice is clear and accurate.
- Software lag: Close unnecessary background applications to ensure sufficient phone memory.
- Volume adjustment: Adjust the volume in your mobile phone's settings or check the Bluetooth headset's volume level.
- Software updates: Regularly check for and install software updates to ensure the latest features and security.
- Unable to translate: If the headset connection is normal but translation fails, check if your "energy points" are sufficient. If not, sign in to exchange or recharge energy points before use.
!!! Special note: A Bluetooth device can only be bound to one account. To use it with another account, the previous account must be untied first.
Device Binding Code Description: A "Device binding code" is displayed. It is recommended to take a photo of this code to prevent loss.
