The LifeGoods Handheld Massager can be used on the feet, calves, shoulders, neck, back, arms, and legs. The motor produces up to 3600 pulses per minute to effectively relieve pain. It features 5 massage heads, 4 modes, and 2 speeds. After 20 minutes of use, the massager automatically shuts off to prevent overheating. It is also compact and easy to carry anywhere.

General Safety

• Be aware of the risks and consequences associated with misuse of the massager. Misuse can result in personal injury or damage to the device or connected products.
• Use the massager only for the purposes described in this manual.
• If the massager malfunctions, is dropped, or appears damaged, do NOT use it and contact Customer Service.
• The massager is designed and intended for private, non-commercial use only.
• Do NOT leave the massager unattended while in use. When not in use, turn the device off and disconnect it from the power socket.
• Do NOT pull the cord to remove the plug from the socket.
• Do NOT move the device by pulling the cord, and do NOT twist the cord.
• Ensure you do NOT trip over the cable, and that the cable is not kinked, trapped, or twisted.
• Do NOT insert any objects into the openings of the massager. Ensure that the moving parts can move freely and are not jammed.
• Do NOT use the massager in bed.
• Keep your fingers and hair away from the moving parts to prevent injury.
• Turn off the massager when removing or attaching a massage head.

Persons and Use

• This device is NOT suitable for children or persons with physical or mental disabilities, or those lacking experience or knowledge of the device, unless supervised by a responsible adult.
• Keep the massager out of reach of children under 16 years of age. It is recommended to use the massager only if you are 16 or older.
• Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the device.
• Do NOT use the massager:
  • If you are pregnant.
  • If you have unexplained abdominal pain or calf pain.
  • If you have a fever, varicose veins, thrombosis, jaundice, diabetes, nerve disorders (e.g., sciatica), or acute inflammation.
  • On bones (e.g., joints, spine), the head, throat area, genital area, around the kidneys, or other sensitive areas.
  • On burned or sensitive skin, swollen or inflamed areas, areas with poor circulation, broken or injured skin, bruises, or skin rashes.
  • On unconscious or sleeping people.
• Do NOT fall asleep while using the massager. Prolonged use in the same spot can cause pain and burns.
• Do NOT use the massager for extended periods in the same spot, as this can cause complaints or pain.
• Do NOT use the massager before going to bed, as its stimulating effect may delay sleep.

Medical Remarks

• This device is NOT a substitute for medical or physiotherapy treatments.
• Consult a doctor before using the massager if you have a pacemaker, artificial joints, or electronic implants.
• If you experience pain or discomfort during use, or find the massage unpleasant, stop immediately and consult your doctor.

Electronics

• Do NOT disassemble, repair, or modify the massager. This can damage the device. For safety, only authorized personnel should replace parts. Always send the massager to a service center for repairs.
• Ensure the mains voltage indicated on the device matches your power supply before connecting.
• Regularly check the power cord and plug for signs of damage or wear. If damaged, do NOT use the massager and have the cord/plug replaced or repaired by authorized personnel.
• Do NOT use the massager near a bath, shower, swimming pool, or sink filled with water.
• Prevent any contact with water. Do NOT submerge the massager in water. If water gets inside, turn off the device immediately and contact customer service.
• Do NOT touch the device or power cord with wet hands.
• If the power fails during use, turn off the massager immediately and unplug it.
• The massager heats up during use. Do NOT use if you are sensitive to heat.
• Keep the massager away from moisture, heat, and areas with high ambient temperatures (e.g., stoves).
• Do NOT cover the massager when it is switched on. This can pose a risk of fire, electric shock, or injury.
• Do NOT use the massager for longer than 20 minutes continuously to prevent overheating. Let it cool down before reuse.
• Only use the adapter, massage heads, and accessories provided by LifeGoods to prevent overheating, explosions, electric shocks, fire, or other damages and injuries.

Receiving Your Shipment

When receiving your shipment, check that the contents match the packing list. Notify your supplier of any missing items. If the equipment appears damaged, file a claim immediately with the carrier and provide a detailed description of the damage. Keep the damaged packaging to substantiate your claim.

Operating Instructions

⚠️ Charge the massager before use. The charging light is red when charging and green when charging is complete. The massager cannot be used during charging.

⚠️ If you keep the device in the same place for too long, it can be painful and cause burns!

⚠️ The massager is equipped with a safety auto shut-off after 20 minutes of continuous use to prevent overheating.

⚠️ If you apply too much pressure, the massager will stop automatically.

Use

1. Choose the desired massage head and attach it to the massager.
2. Press the On/Off button to turn on the massager. The green power light will illuminate when the device is on.
3. Select the desired mode by pressing the "mode" button and choose your preferred speed by pressing the Increase or Decrease Power buttons (refer to Product Features for modes and speed).
4. Turn off the massager when not in use for extended periods. Charge the massager every month to maintain battery life.

Troubleshooting

If the Handheld Massager does not work:

• Ensure the massager is fully charged; the power light should be green.
• Reset the massager by turning it off, charging for approximately 3 seconds, and then turning it back on.
• Replace the battery.

If the Handheld Massager does not start right away:

• It may take up to 3 seconds for the massager to start.
• If the massager does not start after approximately 3 seconds, turn it off and contact customer service.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Unplug the massager from the charger before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth and non-abrasive cleaners. Do NOT submerge the massager in water or other liquids, and keep it away from solvents and harsh detergents.

Storage

Store the massager in a clean, dry, and cool place. Do not store the device in extremely high or low temperatures.

Disposal - Recycle

Contribute to a cleaner living environment! Do not dispose of the massager with household waste. For proper recycling, please take this product to a designated collection point. Contact your local authority or household waste disposal service for details on your nearest collection point.

Service and Warranty

LifeGoods provides a 2-year warranty on its products. To obtain service during the warranty period, the product must be returned with proof of purchase. Product defects must be reported within 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover: damages caused by misuse or incorrect repair; wear parts; defects known to the customer at the time of purchase; damages or defects caused by customer negligence; damages or defects caused by third parties.
