Quick Instructions

1. Turn on the device: Extract insulation paper; the device will beep and turn on.
2. Open the Apple 'Find My' app.
3. Choose 'Items'.
4. Choose 'Add New Item'.
5. Choose 'Other Supported Item'.
6. During the search, a device named 'OptiTag-91816' will appear.
7. Click the found device in the app and name it.
8. Use device functions:
   • A. Ring the device: Click 'Play Sound' for the device to emit music.
   • B. Find My network: If the device is out of Bluetooth range, it cannot be connected in the app. Choose 'Lost Mode' and 'Enable'. Enter a contact mobile number. If an iPhone is near the lost device, the owner's Find My app will receive notifications and the latest location.
9. Delete device: In the app, select 'Remove item'.
10. After removing, the device remains in pairing state. If not re-paired within 10 minutes, it leaves pairing state. To re-pair, reload the battery 5 times; the device will play a sound for factory data reset mode and enter pairing mode.

Privacy Protection

Only you can see your item's location. Location data and history are not stored on the item itself. Devices relaying your item's location remain anonymous, and location data is encrypted end-to-end. Neither Apple nor Lampa S.p.A. knows your device's location or the identity of the assisting device.

Battery Replacement

1. Loosen the screw and open the battery cover.
2. Replace the battery with a new CR2032 battery (positive pole upward).
3. Upon inserting the new battery, a sound will be heard. Try inserting it 5 times for a factory data reset sound.
4. Fasten the shell with the screw and reconnect the device.

The Find My Network

The Apple Find My network allows you to locate compatible personal items on a map using the Find My app on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or the Find Items app on Apple Watch. Pair your compatible product with the Apple Find My app to view it alongside your Apple devices. If your item is lost, you can enable 'Lost Mode' to display a message and contact information. The Find My network is encrypted and anonymous.

Use of the Works with Apple badge means that a product has been designed to work specifically with the technology identified in the badge and has been certified by the product manufacturer to meet Apple Find My network product specifications and requirements. Apple is not responsible for the operation of this device or use of this product or its compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
