Get your watch set up in three simple steps

Follow these steps to get your COSMO JrTrack smartwatch ready for use.

1. Confirm connection

A COSMO Mobile membership plan is required to activate cellular service on your watch. If you have already purchased a plan, proceed to the next step. If you have not yet purchased a plan, visit https://ct.watch to get started.

2. Download the app

Download the COSMO parent app to your primary parent/guardian phone. The app is available for both Android and iOS devices from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

3. Pair with the app

Follow the instructions provided on the watch and in the app to set up a parent/guardian account and pair your watch. Once paired, your watch is ready to use.

Get to know your JrTrack

The COSMO JrTrack is designed for children aged 6-12, offering communication, safety, and activity tracking features managed via a parent app. The watch interface includes icons for Camera, My Apps, and SOS, along with a display for time and battery status. Physical controls include a Power/Back button and a Charging port.

Key Features

• Add approved contacts

  The JrTrack smartwatch blocks all unknown numbers by default. You can manage approved contacts and guardians through the parent app.

• Set SafeZones

  Designate specific geographic areas (e.g., home, school) in the parent app. You will receive notifications when your child enters or leaves these areas.

• Set focus mode

  Help your child concentrate during school, family time, or bedtime. This feature allows you to set specific device limits to prevent distractions.

• Customize with App Station

  The JrTrack is designed to grow with your child. Install and manage kid-safe apps from a growing library, including options for music, games, and learning. Parent/guardian control is maintained over app selection and daily time limits.

• Set step goals

  Encourage your child to stay active and build healthy habits by tracking their steps and setting custom daily activity goals.

• Set ringtones and wallpapers

  Personalize the JrTrack by selecting from various ringtone and wallpaper options, or by setting custom backgrounds using photos from your camera roll.

• Set an alarm

  Set alarms or reminders that your child will receive directly on their watch, such as prompts for waking up or completing chores.

• SOS mode

  In case of emergency, your child can quickly and discreetly activate SOS mode. This immediately alerts the parent app with rapid location updates. Calls will not ring while SOS is active and will be automatically answered.

• Emergency calling

  The JrTrack is equipped with an optional 9-1-1 emergency calling feature, which will appear in the watch's contact list. Parents can enable or disable this option in the watch settings.
