DocumentDocumentCORE Premium Comfort Foam-Core Travel Pillow Model #40339 INFLATE 1. Remove pillow from the carry (fig. 1) bag. Unroll pillow and lay flat. 2. Open valve flap (fig 1). Inflate with breath to desired firmness (fig 2). TIP: Ensure push button (fig. 2) on valve is in the "up" inflate position to lock air into the inner bladder. 3. Close valve flap securely once pillow is inflated to desired comfort level. TIP: If the pillow feels too firm, push the inner spring button in the middle of valve into the down position to release (fig. 3) air for reduced firmness (fig. 3). Once desired air is released, push the button again in the middle of the valve to release the spring back up to the inflate position and then close valve flap. (fig.4) DEFLATE/PACK 1. Pull open valve flap and push spring button in the middle of valve into the down position (fig 4). Compress pillow to squeeze out air, rolling if needed to fully deflate (fig 5). Close valve flap once completed. 2. Lay deflated pillow flat and roll pillow tightly and secure with included elastic straps (fig. 6). 3. Place rolled pillow into carry bag and cinch drawstring closed (fig. 7). CARE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE STORING: Ensure pillowcase and foam are fully dried before storing in carrybag. It's recommended to allow pillow to air dry for at least 12 hours after use to prevent any moisture being trapped in foam. 1. Before washing, remove the pillowcase from the deflated pillow. To remove, first unzip pillowcase and open valve flap. Release valve by pushing it down through the welded ring on the pillowcase (fig 8). (fig. 8) 2. Pull out inner foam core, close valve flap, and set aside (fig. 9). Close zipper on the pillowcase. 3. Hand wash cold (recommended) or machine ·wash cold on gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach, do not iron and do not dry clean · pillowcase. Spot clean inner foam layer as needed. (fig. 9) 4. To reassemble, open zipper at side of pillowcase and valve flap on foam core. Insert foam core into casing ensuring valve and weld ring on pillowcase are aligned. TIP: To easily pull inner foam core layer through pillowcase, fold in half lengthwise and slide inner core into pillowcase. Unfold inner core and lay flat once inside. Adjust as needed to fill out the pillowcase. 5. Align valve with pillowcase welded ring and push through to secure valve. Close valve flap. Close zipper and follow storage instructions.
