- The selected reading stays on the display until the unit is restarted.
Clean Air Percentage
An estimated measurement of clean air (0% bad to 100% very good), calculated based on particle concentration and changes during purification. Note: This is approximate and only detects airborne particles, not odors or gases.
PM Values
PM stands for Particulate Matter, referring to airborne particles like dust and allergens. The AirSight Plus™ 2.0 sensor measures these particles in µg/m³. Lower numbers indicate better air quality.
Particulate Matter (PM) | Size | Examples |
---|---|---|
PM1.0 | ≤ 1 µm | Fine dust, micro-toxins |

About the Filter
The air purifier uses a 3-stage filtration system:
- A. Washable Pre-Filter: Captures large particles like dust, lint, hair, and pet fur, maximizing the filter's lifespan. It is removable and washable.
- B. H13 True HEPA Filter: Captures at least 99.97% of airborne particles 0.3 microns in size, including fine dust, smoke particles, and allergens like pollen and pet dander.
- C. High-Efficiency Activated Carbon Filter: Adsorbs smoke, odors, and fumes. Filters compounds like formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, and hydrogen sulfide. Reduces household odors from food, cigarettes, and pets. Tested for volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
Note: Carbon filter efficiency decreases with use. Replace if odors or gasses are not filtered effectively.
Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR)
The unit has a CADR of 360 CFM / 612 m³/h. CADR measures how efficiently the purifier cleans air by indicating the volume of clean air produced per minute. It's based on dust, pollen, and smoke removal. Higher CADR means more particles removed and a larger area cleaned.
Air Change Per Hour (ACH)
ACH indicates how many times all the air in a room is purified per hour. For a room up to 558 ft² / 52 m² with 8 ft ceilings, this purifier achieves 5 ACH at max speed. For larger rooms, purification takes longer, with fewer ACH.
Humidity
Maintain humidity below 85% RH. Excessive moisture can damage the filter and lead to mold growth. Remove the moisture source and clean any mold.
Essential Oils
Do not add essential oils to the purifier or filter, as this can damage the filter and cause unpleasant smells. Avoid using diffusers near the unit.
Note: Keep windows and doors closed for effective air cleaning.
