Creative Stage V2 Soundbar
This guide provides essential information for the safe and optimal use of your Creative Stage V2 soundbar.
1. Overview
The Creative Stage V2 is a high-performance soundbar with a subwoofer, designed to enhance your audio experience.

IR Remote Control:
- a. Power Button: Press and hold for 2s to power off the soundbar.
- b. LED Indicator
- c. Mute Button: Press once to mute volume, press again to unmute.
- d. TV (ARC) Source Button: Press once to toggle to TV (ARC)-out source, press again to toggle to USB-out source.
- e. OPT Source Button: Press once to toggle to Optical-out source, press again to toggle to AUX-out source.
- f. Bluetooth Source Button: Press once to enter Bluetooth Mode, press and hold for 2s to enter Bluetooth Pairing mode.
- g. Volume + Button: Press to increase volume.
- h. Volume - Button: Press to decrease volume.
- i. Play / Pause Button: Press once to play, press again to pause (Applicable in USB and Bluetooth modes only).
- j. Previous Track Button: Press once to return to previous track (Applicable in USB and Bluetooth modes only).
- k. Next Track Button: Press once to skip to next track (Applicable in USB and Bluetooth modes only).
- l. Surround Button: Press once to turn on Surround mode, press again to turn off Surround mode.
- m. Reset Button: Press to reset all audio settings.
- n. Clear Dialog Button: Press once to turn on Clear Dialog mode, press again to turn off Clear Dialog mode.
- o. Bass / Treble - / + Button: Press to increase / decrease Bass / Treble’s value.
- p. Bass Treble Button: Press to toggle between Bass and Treble.
3. Source Selection and Display
Press the respective buttons on the provided IR remote control to select your preferred audio source. Alternatively, you can press the power button on the soundbar once to cycle through the sources: Bluetooth > Optical > TV (ARC) > USB Audio > AUX.

4. Bluetooth Mode / Power-saving Mode
Bluetooth Pairing Mode
Press and hold the Bluetooth button on either the soundbar or IR remote control for 2 seconds to enter Bluetooth Pairing mode. The built-in LED will start blinking blue. Select “Stage V2” from the list of discovered Bluetooth devices to pair. Once paired, the soundbar’s LED will remain solid blue.
Creative Stage V2 will automatically connect to the last paired device when in Bluetooth mode. To pair to a new device, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds again. Press the Bluetooth button once to exit Bluetooth Pairing mode.
Clearing Soundbar’s Bluetooth Memory
In Bluetooth mode, press and hold the Bluetooth button on either the soundbar or IR remote control for 8 seconds to clear all previously paired devices. The soundbar will return to Bluetooth mode once completed.
Power-saving Mode
Creative Stage V2 features a power-saving mode that will power off the soundbar after more than 24 hours of inactivity. To activate/deactivate this feature, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds when the soundbar is powered off.

Safety and Regulatory Information
Always keep the product dry and do not expose it to extreme temperatures (hairdryer, heater, extended exposure to sunlight, etc.) to avoid corrosion or deformation.
Do not expose your product to water and moisture. If your product is moisture-resistant, take care and not to immerse in water or expose to rain.
Clean the product only with a soft, dry cloth.
Charge products with built-in rechargeable batteries at ambient temperatures between 10 and 40°C/50 and 104°F.
When not using the product for extended periods of time, charge its built-in rechargeable battery regularly (about every 3 months).
Disposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting of a battery, that can result in an explosion.
Leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature surrounding environment that can result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure that may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
Use only attachments/accessories/spare parts supplied or recommended by Creative.
Do not insert the earphones too deep into your ears and never insert them without ear adapters. Always remove the earphones slowly and carefully from your ears.
