Quick Start Guide
A IMPORTANT!
- When using the Pilot-12 Lite or Pilot-24 Lite as a portable PAP battery, please disconnect the heated humidifier and heated hose from your PAP device as this will significantly decrease the battery run time!
- Fully charge the battery before storage and a minimum every 6 months while stored!
- DO NOT expose the battery to temperatures above 40°C / 104°F or below -10°C / 14°F. Exposing the battery to very low temperatures can cause damage to the lithium ion cells and exposing the battery to very high temperatures can be a fire hazard!

Pilot Lite Control Panel
The Pilot Lite control panel features the following:
- Charge Port
- Multi Function Button
- Blue "ON" Indicator Light
- Green Charge Level Indicator Lights
- LED Flashlight
- USB Port (5V 2.5A Out)
- DC Out Port
Setting Up Your Pilot-12 Lite
Step 1
Plug the original Phillips DreamStation or Phillips System One S60 power adapter into the Charge Port of the Pilot-12 Lite and plug the other end into the mains power outlet. (Please fully charge your Pilot-12 Lite before using for the first time).
NOTE: If you are using the following compatible 12V PAP device AC Power Adapters, please use the appropriate Short Charging Adapter cables:
- DeVilbiss IntelliPAP I (not included, SKU P12MXDPLK)
- HDM Z1 (not included, SKU P12MXDPLK)
Setting Up Your Pilot-24 Lite
Step 1
Plug the original ResMed AirSense 10 AC power adapter into the Charge Port of the Pilot-24 Lite and plug the other end into the mains power outlet. (Please fully charge your Pilot-24 Lite before using for the first time).
NOTE: If you are using the following compatible 24V PAP device AC Power Adapters, please use the appropriate Short Charging Adapter cables:
- ResMed S9 series (not included, SKU P24R09PLK)
- Apex Medical iCH series (not included, SKU P24AMIPLK)
Step 2
Plug the L-shaped yellow tip of the corresponding DC Output cable for your PAP device into the DC Out port of the Pilot-12 Lite. Then connect the other end into your compatible 12V PAP device.

Step 2
Plug the L-shaped yellow tip of the corresponding DC Output cable for your PAP device into the DC Out port of the Pilot-24 Lite. Then connect the other end into your compatible 24V PAP device.
