Initial Setup and Language Management

When powering on the computer for the first time, it is recommended to avoid connecting to Ethernet or Wi-Fi to expedite the Windows setup process.

Windows updates may take time. Please wait patiently for completion and do not disconnect power during the update to prevent damage to system files.

If connecting a monitor via the USB Type-C port, ensure the monitor is connected to the device before powering it on.

Managing Display Language Settings in Windows

The display language selected will change the default language for Windows features such as Settings and File Explorer.

1. Select the Start button > Settings > Time & Language > Language.
2. Choose a language from the Windows display language menu. If your desired language is not listed, select 'Add a language' under 'Preferred languages' to install it.
