Installation Steps
STEP 1: Attach the TV Brackets to Your TV
1-1 Select TV Bolts
Choose the correct bolt diameter (M6 or M8) that threads smoothly into your TV's mounting holes. The depth of the top and bottom holes may differ.
Tip: Save the bolts that fit (M6 or M8) for Step 1-3.
1-2 Position the TV Brackets
Place the TV brackets (01) onto the back of your TV. Ensure the round holes are oriented upwards (⬆️).
1-3 Secure the TV Brackets
⚠️ WARNING:
- DO NOT turn the bolt past the bottom of the hole.
- If the bolt is too short, it may not adequately support the TV.
- If the bolt is too long, it could damage the TV.
- At least 4-5 turns into the threading is required.
- The depth of the bottom holes may be different from the top holes.
- DO NOT overtighten.
Option A: For Flat-Back TV
Use short TV bolts (C1 or D1) with washers (B1).
Option B: For Bump, Curved TV, Recessed Holes and Cables
Use long TV bolts (C2, D2, or D3) with washers (B1) and spacers (E1, E2, E3) to create extra space between the TV and brackets. You can use a tape measure to measure protruding bolts or hold spacers next to them to choose the right spacer combination. Note: There are many possible spacer combinations.
STEP 2: Mount the Arm Assembly / Wall Plate on the Wall
For mounting on wood stud walls, go to Option A (Pages 9-10).
For mounting on solid concrete, go to Option B (Pages 11-12).
Option A: For Wood Stud Installation
Tools Needed (Not Included): Electric Drill, Pencil, Tape Measure, Stud Finder, Awl, 7/32" (5.5mm) Wood Drill Bit, 1/2" (13mm) Socket Wrench.
⚠️ WARNING:
- Avoid the risk of personal injury or property damage! Tighten the lag screws (A) and washers (B) only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate (DO NOT overtighten).
- Do not use a drill; only use a socket wrench.
- Do not use wall anchors (C) for this mounting option.
- Find Studs and Mark Holes: Locate wood studs (max 24" / 610mm apart). Mark the center of the studs. Use the Wall Plate Template (05) and Level (06) to mark 4 hole positions on the wall.
- Drill 4 Holes: Drill 4 holes using a 7/32" (5.5mm) drill bit to a depth of 3 1/2" (90mm).
- Secure the Wall Plate: Attach the Arm Assembly / Wall Plate (02) to the wall using Lag Screws (A) and Washers (B). HEAVY! You may need assistance with this step. Ensure the UP arrow on the plate points upwards.
Option B: For Solid Concrete Installation
Tools Needed (Not Included): Electric Drill, Pencil, Tape Measure, Hammer, 3/8" (10mm) Concrete Drill Bit, 1/2" (13mm) Socket Wrench.

- Use wall anchors (C) for this mounting option.
- Mount the arm assembly / wall plate directly on the concrete surface.
- Mark 6 Hole Positions: Ensure the wall is at least 8" (203mm) thick. Use the Wall Plate Template (05) and Level (06) to mark 6 hole positions on the concrete wall. Note: Mark 2 upper holes near the outside of the template and 2 closest to the middle.
- Drill 6 Holes: Drill 6 holes using a 3/8" (10mm) drill bit to a depth of 3 3/4" (95mm).
- Tap Wall Anchors In: Insert the Wall Anchors (C) into the drilled holes.
- Secure the Wall Plate: Attach the Arm Assembly / Wall Plate (02) to the wall using Lag Screws (A) and Washers (B) through the Wall Anchors (C). HEAVY! You may need assistance with this step. Ensure the UP arrow on the plate points upwards.
STEP 3: Verify Wall Plate is Firmly Mounted
Gently pull down on the mounted wall plate. It should feel secure and not move. If it shifts or feels loose, re-check the mounting hardware and wall type.
