General Care

How to Replace the Turntable Stylus (Replacement Needle # ITNP-LC1)

The stylus should last about 50 hours under normal use. Replace it when you notice a change in sound quality, as prolonged use of a worn-out stylus can damage records. The highest speed (78 RPM) wears out the stylus more quickly.

Removing the old stylus:

  1. Set a screwdriver at the tip of the stylus and push downward (A).
  2. Remove the stylus by pulling it simultaneously downward and forward.

Installing a new stylus:

  1. Hold the front tip of the stylus and insert its rear edge (B) first.
  2. Push the stylus upwards (C) until the tip locks into place.
