Strong Performance
The high-resolution sensor detects movements in a range of up to 7 m. The powerful lens precisely detects even the slightest movements, such as typing on a keyboard.
Lights Switched On If Needed ?
Lights are switched on automatically if a person is present. If no movement is detected, the light is switched off again. The integrated brightness sensor also monitors the ambient brightness, switching off the lights as soon as the room is bright enough. ☀️
Secure Monitoring for Increased Protection ?️
The sensitive sensor reliably monitors a room and provides a loud alarm in conjunction with an alarm siren (e.g., HmIP-ASIR-2) in the event of a break-in, for example. With its modern design, the sensor fits inconspicuously into the living area.
Adjustment of Brightness ⚙️
Unlike conventional sensors, the automatic temperature compensation of the presence sensor offers the advantage that continuous sensor sensitivity is always maintained. This ensures precise presence detection in a room even in case of increased surface temperatures (when using floor heating, for example).
Flexible Mounting Thanks to Battery Operation ?
Supplied screws and plugs enable flexible installation on the ceiling. Two mignon batteries are used for the power supply, which supply the presence sensor with energy for up to two years (typical).
Detection Range and Angle
The sensor provides a 360° panoramic view with a detection range of up to 7 meters. The diagram illustrates the relationship between mounting height (in meters) and detection range (in meters). At a mounting height of 3.0 meters, the sensor can detect movement up to 7 meters away in its wide range, and up to approximately 3.5 meters in its close range. The detection angle is 105°.
