Elgato Wave DX Dynamic Microphone
Quick Start Guide
Installation
Mount the Wave DX on a stand or boom arm, such as the Wave Mic Arm or Wave Mic Arm LP. If necessary, use a coin to remove the pre-installed thread adapters.
Use a shielded microphone cable with 3-pin XLR connectors to connect the Wave DX to a preamp or audio interface, such as the Wave XLR.
Warning: Do not use 48V Phantom Power with Wave DX!
Using Wave DX
Speak into the end of the Wave DX, maintaining a distance of approximately 8-12 cm (3-5 inches) for optimal voice capture.
If you need to remove and reattach the mount, ensure the socket set components are stacked in the following order: Washer (Nylon), Bushing (Brass), Washer (Silicone), Washer (Nylon).

- X: Indicates that the content of the hazardous substance in at least one homogeneous material of this component exceeds the limit requirement specified in GB/T 26572.
Components marked with "X" comply with the EU RoHS Directive (Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment).
The reference mark for the environmentally friendly use period depends on the product's normal operating conditions such as temperature and humidity.
