AreaConditionDisplay
TemperatureTemperature < -40°CLO
Temperature > 70°CHI
HumidityHumidity < 20%LO
Humidity > 90%HI
Temperature/HumidityTemperature < -40°C or > 70°C--

Note: If no signals are received or transmission is interfered with, "--" will appear on the LCD. Relocate the clock or transmitter to ensure transmission is within the effective range (approx. 30 meters).

Baro, Temperature and Humidity Trend

The Barometric pressure, temperature, and humidity trend indicators show changes over the next few minutes. Arrows indicate the trend:

  • [rising trend arrow]: Rising trend
  • [steady trend arrow]: Steady trend
  • [falling trend arrow]: Falling trend

Barometric/Atmospheric Pressure

To Select Pressure Display Mode:

Press and hold the [BARO] key for 2 seconds to enter the mode selection, allowing you to choose between:

  • abs: Absolute atmospheric pressure of your location.
  • rel: Relative atmospheric pressure based on sea level.

To Set Relative Atmospheric Pressure Value:

  1. Obtain the sea-level atmospheric pressure data (also the relative pressure for your area) from local weather services or the internet.
  2. Press and hold the [BARO] key for 2 seconds until the "abs" or "rel" icon flashes.
  3. Press the [CH / ] or [12/24 / ] key to switch to "rel" mode.
  4. Press the [BARO] key again until the relative atmosphere pressure digit flashes.
  5. Use the [CH / ] or [12/24 / ] keys to adjust the value.
  6. Press the [BARO] key to save and exit, or the unit will exit automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity.

To Select Measurement Unit for Barometer:

Use the [BARO] key to change the unit between hPa (mb) and inHg.

Notes:

  • Upon power-up, the main unit displays the relative pressure reading with a default value of 1013 mb/hPa (29.91 inHg), representing average atmospheric pressure.
  • Changing the relative atmosphere pressure value will affect the weather indicators.
  • Relative atmosphere pressure is based on sea level but will adjust based on absolute pressure changes after about 1 hour of operation.

Weather Forecast

The built-in barometer monitors atmospheric pressure changes to predict weather conditions for the next 24 to 72 hours:

  • [sunny icon]: Sunny
  • [partly cloudy icon]: Partly Cloudy
  • [cloudy icon]: Cloudy
  • [rainy icon]: Rainy
  • [stormy icon]: Stormy
  • [snowy icon]: Snowy

Notes:

  • The accuracy of pressure-based weather forecasts is approximately 70% to 75%.
  • The forecast is for the next 24 to 72 hours and may not reflect the current situation.
  • The "Snowy" weather indicator is based on temperature, not atmospheric pressure. It displays when the outdoor temperature is below -3°C.

Past 24 Hours History Pressure Record

The current and historical atmospheric pressure is shown near the 24 HOUR FORECAST section. To view pressure history for a specific hour within the past 24 hours, press the [HISTORY] key. Each press moves back one hour. Press any key other than [HISTORY] to return to normal mode, or the unit will exit automatically after 30 seconds.

Max / Min Record

The main unit stores the maximum and minimum temperature and humidity data since the last manual reset.

  1. In normal mode, press the [MEM] key once to display the maximum indoor and current outdoor channel temperature and humidity records.
  2. Press the [MEM] key repeatedly to view the minimum records.
  3. Press the [MEM] key again to exit the record view.
  4. To erase all MAX/MIN records, press and hold the [MEM] key for 3 seconds.
