Getting Started
Before First Use
Connecting your phone:
- Connect plugs to corresponding sockets in the base station (Fig. A).
- Plug the telephone line into the telephone socket and insert the power plug into an electrical outlet.
- Connect the charger (Fig. B) to the mains.
- Insert batteries into each handset and place them on their cradle to start charging.
Charge batteries continuously for 15 hours before first use. Use only the supplied adapter and rechargeable batteries.
After initial power-up, a welcome message appears on the screen (Fig. 1). Select your country and confirm. To change language, refer to Table 1.
Handset and Base Station Keys
- 1. MENU/OK key: Accesses menus and confirms selections.
- 2. Back/Correction/Intercom key: Navigates back, corrects input, or initiates intercom.
- 3. Navigation key/Call log access/Volume level increase: Navigates through menus, accesses call logs, and increases volume.
- 4. Navigation key/Volume level decrease: Navigates through menus and decreases volume.
- 5. Talk key/Handsfree: Answers calls or activates handsfree mode.
- 6. Hang-up / Exit key: Ends calls or exits menus.
- 7. Recall (Flash) key: Accesses operator services (subject to subscription).
- 8. Phonebook key: Accesses the phonebook.
- 9. Redial list access: Shows recently dialed numbers.
- 10. Paging key: Locates a handset (short press) or starts the registration procedure (long press).

General Settings
Customize your phone via the settings menu:
- Handset Settings: Access Alarm, Ring setup, Language, Date & Time by navigating to

Registering a Handset
On the main base (Fig. A), press and hold the Paging key (No. 10) for 10 seconds. On the handset to be registered, navigate to [REGISTRATION]

. The handset will pair within seconds.

Three-Party Conference Call

Note: Phonebook and call logs are shared across Duo/Trio handsets.
Troubleshooting
If a problem occurs, remove batteries from all handsets for 1 minute, disconnect and reconnect the base station power, then reinstall handset batteries.

- Place the phone at least 1 meter away from other electrical appliances to avoid radio signal interference.
- Dispose of electrical and electronic equipment separately according to local regulations.
- Risk of explosion if battery is replaced with an incorrect type or exposed to extreme temperatures or low air pressure. Use only specified batteries and power supplies.
- Ensure the socket outlet is easily accessible.
Guarantees
Products are guaranteed for 36 months from the date of purchase. This may include a legal compliance guarantee (24-36 months) and a commercial guarantee (12 months). Consult your retailer for details. For commercial guarantee claims, return the product with proof of purchase and accessories to the place of purchase.
