Control Panel
The control panel features touch-sensitive buttons for operating the hob. The layout is designed for intuitive use.
- 1. On/Off button: Powers the hob on or off.
- 2. Cooking level selected: Indicates the current heat setting for a zone.
- 3. Zone selection indicator: Shows which cooking zone is currently selected.
- 4. Cooking zone selection button: Used to select a specific cooking zone.
- 5. Special function icon: Displays icons for special functions like Stop & Go or Timer.
- 6. Timer indicators active for the selected zone: Lights up to show the timer is active for the chosen zone.
- 7. Cooking time indicator: Displays the set cooking time.
- 8. Timer activation button: Used to set or activate the timer function.
- 9. Power and cooking time adjustment buttons: '+' and '-' buttons to adjust heat levels and timer duration.
- 10. Indicator light - function active: Illuminates when a specific function is active.
- 11. 6th Sense button/Key lock button: A multi-function button. Press and hold for 3 seconds to activate/deactivate the child lock (Key lock).
The hob also features indicators for residual heat and active functions, ensuring safe operation.
