Introduction
Thank you for choosing S8 Pro wireless electronic products. For an optimal user experience, please read this manual carefully before use. To prevent issues, do not disassemble the product yourself and always use the standard charger.
Product Overview
The S8 Pro earbuds feature the following components:
- Haptic Button: The primary control interface on each earbud.
- Indicator Light: Visual feedback on the earbud's status.
- MIC: Integrated microphone for calls and voice commands.
- Ear Cap: Silicone tips for comfort and a secure fit.
- Charging Case Indicator Light: Shows the charging status of the case.
- Charging Contact Pin: Connects the earbud to the charging case for power.
Ear Cap Selection: Choose the ear cap size that provides the most comfortable and secure fit.
First Time Using
Follow these steps for initial setup:
- Tear off the insulating film from the earbuds.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case to charge. The charging case indicator will show the charging status.
- Remove the earbuds from the case. The indicator lights on the earbuds will turn to flashing red and blue alternately, indicating they are in pairing mode.
- If the earbuds are not turning on or producing sound, ensure they are properly seated in the charging case and charging before removing them again.
- Pairing Mode: When one earbud's indicator light turns off and the other flashes red and blue alternately, it is ready to pair.
Wearing the Earbuds:
Ensure the ear caps face downwards. Insert the earbuds into your ears at the angle shown in the diagram. Gently rotate the earbuds to achieve a comfortable and secure position. The earbuds are now worn correctly.
Incorrect Wearing: Avoid wearing the earbuds in the manner depicted in the diagram (which shows an insecure or incorrect fit).
Button Control
The Haptic Button on each earbud controls various functions:
- Play / Pause: Single press (1x).
- Previous Track / Volume Down: Double press (2x) on the left earbud for previous track, or single press (1x) for volume down.
- Next Track / Volume Up: Double press (2x) on the right earbud for next track, or single press (1x) for volume up.
- Accept / Decline Call: Single press (1x) to answer or end a call. Press and hold for approximately 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.
- Voice Assistant: Triple press (3x) on either earbud to activate Siri or other voice assistants.
Standalone Mode Note: When using a single earbud (standalone mode), you cannot play the previous song or decrease the volume.
Voice Assistant
For iOS and some Android users, triple-clicking the power switch on either the left or right earbud will activate the voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant). The activation method may vary depending on your mobile operating system.
Restore Factory Setting
To reset the earbuds to factory default settings:
- Turn off the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone. The earbud indicator lights will flash red/blue.
- Quickly press the power button of either earbud four times (4x).
- The earbud indicator will flash red/blue alternately, indicating it is in pairing mode.
- Reconnecting: Please delete all previously paired records for "S8 Pro" on your phone and then re-search and connect to "S8 Pro" again.
Troubleshooting Pairing Issues: If both earbud indicators keep flashing red and blue, click either earbud's power switch twice. One earbud's indicator will flash red and blue alternately, while the other will turn off, signifying it is in pairing mode.
Switching Devices: To connect to a new device, disable Bluetooth on the previously connected device or remove "S8 Pro" from its Bluetooth paired list. Then, search for "S8 Pro" on the new device and connect.

Charging the Case: Use a charger with an output voltage of DC 5V/1A. A computer USB port or other certified USB interface charger can also be used.

Signal Transmission Distance
The signal transmission distance is rated up to 10 meters (33 feet). Signals are in normal transmission within 10 meters. Beyond 10 meters, the signal may be interrupted.
Notices and Warnings
Battery Warning:
This product contains a built-in lithium battery. To prevent explosion, do NOT expose the product to strong sunlight, fire, or dispose of it in fire.
Attentions:
- Do not use corrosive liquids to clean the product. If it comes into contact with chemicals, wipe it with a damp cloth moistened with clean water.
- Do not use this product under extreme temperatures, below -10°C (14°F) or above 60°C (140°F).
- To avoid scratches, do not touch the earbuds with sharp objects.
- Do not insert objects into the earbuds, as this may damage internal components.
- Do not disassemble the earbuds.
- Please keep the earbuds regularly charged; avoid leaving them in an empty battery state to preserve their lifespan.
- Do not charge products with a power adapter exceeding 2A current, as excessive current may damage the battery.
Important Notices:
- If the charging case is out of power, the earbuds may fail to shut down and remain connected to the phone even when placed inside. Ensure the charging case is charged promptly.
- If moisture remains at the audio output hole, sound may become fuzzy or inaudible. This is normal. Remove the earplugs, shake the audio output hole downwards several times to allow water to flow out, or air dry for 1-2 hours. Sound quality will then return to normal.
Care Tips:
- If the product is dirty, do not rinse it directly with water or use boiling water for soaking and disinfection. It is recommended to wipe the earbuds with an alcohol cloth or a wet paper towel.
- If the product accidentally falls into water, retrieve it promptly and dry it with natural air or sunlight for two hours before use. (Failure to do so may affect sound quality).
Water Resistance Note: The charging cable and charging case are not waterproof. Do not use hot water to disinfect the product.
If there is water droplet on the surface, please wipe it with a dry cloth before putting them back into the charging case to avoid damaging the device.
