OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance is intended for professional or household use. Use on Alternating Current (60/50 Hz) only. Standard appliances are designed to operate at 110125 or 220240 volts A.C.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
DUAL VOLTAGE This appliance has dual voltage. It will automatically adjust to the proper voltage. Use an adapter plug (not included) with correct configuration prior to use in outlet.

a. Cold shot button Press and release the cold shot button to switch to cold air to set and lock in styles with ease. Press and release the cold shot button again to turn off the cold air and return to the used settings.
b. Pause button Press and release the pause button to momentarily stop the airflow, allowing time to section hair or switch attachments.
The LED lights will flash white to indicate that the unit is paused. Press and release the pause button again to resume airflow.

2. Using a soft brush or cloth, remove any excess dust or hair from the removable magnetic filter cover and fixed mesh filter on the handle.
CLEANING THE FILTER: To ensure the longevity of your appliance, clean the filter regularly according to the following steps. We recommend cleaning the filter after 40 hours of use, or when buildup is visible.
1. Remove the removable magnetic filter cover from the bottom of the handle by gently pulling it away from the handle.
NOTE: The removable magnetic filter cover does not come off from the cord.
3. Once the removable magnetic filter cover and fixed mesh filter are completely clean, re-attach the filter cover to the handle by lining up the magnets until they snap together.

USER MAINTENANCE
Your appliance is virtually maintenancefree. No lubrication is needed. The appliance must be kept clean for proper operating performance. When cleaning is needed, unplug the cord, allow to cool and clean dust and lint from air intake openings with a small brush or the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner. The outer surface of the appliance should be wiped clean with a damp cloth only.
Blocked or clogged air intake vents will cause the appliance to overheat. If overheating occurs, an automatic safety device will shut the appliance or the heat off to prevent damage or personal injury. If the unit or the heat turns off, unplug the cord and allow the appliance to cool for 10 to 15 minutes before restarting. Make sure the air vents are clean.
CAUTION
NEVER allow the power supply cord to be pulled, twisted, or severely bent. Never wrap the cord tightly around the appliance. Damage will occur at the high flex point of entry into the appliance, causing it to rupture and short circuit. Inspect the cord frequently for damage. Stop use immediately if damage is visible or unit stops or operates intermittently. LIMITED WARRANTY
Subject to the exclusions and limitations contained herein, Babyliss Pro ("Babyliss Pro") warrants that the BaBylissPRO® Ionic Multi-Styler & Dryer ("Product") will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use conditions for a period of TWO (2) years beginning on the date the Product was purchased in its original, sealed packaging, unless otherwise specified in this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty is only for U.S. consumers (defined herein as purchasers at retail for personal, family, or household use) who originally purchase the Product from Babyliss Pro or an authorized Babyliss Pro reseller (if you are unsure whether a retailer or other point of sale is an authorized or unauthorized Babyliss Pro reseller, contact Babyliss Pro).
This Limited Warranty does NOT cover:
· Normal wear and tear;
· Any Product purchased by commercial purchasers or for commercial or nonhousehold uses;
· Accessories, parts, or software added to the Product after the system is shipped from Babyliss Pro;
· Any costs associated with the replacement or repair of the Product, including labor, installation, or other costs incurred by you without prior Babyliss Pro approval;
· Damage to the Product, defective conditions, or nonconformities due to: (1) external causes, including shipping, accidents, problems with electrical power (Product designed only for use with 120volt outlets), abnormal conditions (such as mechanical or environmental); (2) usage not in accordance with Product instructions; (3) misuse, neglect, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized repair; and (4) acts of God or other events beyond Babyliss Pro's control;
· Though necessary repairs and maintenance might be performed by any company, damage caused by you or any nonauthorized third party may void this Limited Warranty;
· Damage caused by accessories or replacement parts not specifically authorized by Babyliss Pro may void this Limited Warranty; and
· Any Product where the original Product identification markings (trademark or serial number) have been removed, altered, or obliterated from the Product.
HASSLE-FREE WARRANTY
If the Product that is the subject of this Limited Warranty fails during the warranty period for reasons covered by this Limited Warranty, Babyliss Pro will, at its option, repair the Product or replace the Product with another identical or reasonably equivalent product, or if Babyliss Pro is unable to repair or replace the Product, refund the purchase price, less the amount directly attributable to the consumer's prior usage of the Product. To obtain a return shipping label, email us at feedback@ babylisspro.com, or call our Consumer Service Center toll-free at 1-800-326-6247 to speak with a representative. Upon receipt of the Product, Babyliss Pro will inspect the Product and, if required under this Limited Warranty, attempt to repair, replace, or refund the Product within thirty (30) days. However, there may be delays beyond Babyliss Pro's control, in which case that time period may be extended as reasonably necessary. IMPORTANT: If the nonconforming Product is to be serviced by someone other than Babyliss Pro's Authorized Service Center, please remind the servicer to call our Consumer Service Center at 1-800-3266247 to ensure that the problem is properly diagnosed, the Product is serviced with the
correct parts, and the product is still under warranty.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY
The TWO (2) year Limited Warranty period begins on the date the Product was delivered, which may be different than the date the Product was purchased. California residents also have the option of obtaining the benefits of this Limited Warranty by bringing the Product to (A) the store where it was purchased or (B) another retail store that sells BaBylissPRO® products of the same type. The retail store shall then, according to its preference, either repair the Product, refer the consumer to an independent repair facility, replace the Product with another identical or reasonably equivalent product, or refund the purchase price less the amount directly attributable to the consumer's prior usage of the Product. California residents may also, according to their preference, return nonconforming products directly to Babyliss Pro for repair or, if necessary, replacement with another identical or reasonably equivalent product by calling our Consumer Service Center tollfree at 1-800-326-6247. INSTRUCCIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO
Este aparato requiere poco mantenimiento. No requiere lubricación. Para que funcione correctamente, debe mantenerlo limpio. Cuando sea necesario limpiarlo, desenchúfelo, deje que se enfríe y quite el polvo y las pelusas de los orificios de ventilación con un cepillo pequeño o el cepillo accesorio de una aspiradora.
