This document provides a quick start guide for the HTC True Wireless Earbuds 9.

Important Notes
- HTC True Wireless Earbuds 9 should not be used in extreme temperatures.
- Before using the charging case for the first time, ensure it is charged using a 5-volt charger.
Pairing HTC True Wireless Earbuds 9 with your phone
The earbuds turn on automatically when removed from the charging case. To pair them with your phone:
- On your phone, go to Settings, turn Bluetooth on, and pair with "HTC TWS9". Consult your phone's user guide for instructions on accessing Bluetooth settings.
Note:
- If the earbuds are not listed, reset them by quickly tapping 5 times on either earbud. The LED will flash red several times. Place the earbuds back in the charging case to complete the factory reset.
- If pairing fails, place the earbuds back in the case and try again.
- When powered on and not connected to a mobile device, the earbuds will search for devices and turn off automatically after 5 minutes.
- Once paired, the earbuds will automatically connect to your mobile device when removed from the charging case.
- When not in use, place the earbuds in the charging case to charge them. Recharge the case periodically with a 5V charger.

- Flashing blue: Connected to power and charging
- Blue: Case is fully charged
- Flashing red: Low battery warning
- Red: Charging the earbuds
- Off: Earbuds are fully charged
Earbud LED
- Red: Charging
- Flashing blue: Pairing
- Blue: Game mode on
- Off: Fully charged or paired with mobile device

Checking Product Authenticity
Follow these steps to verify the authenticity of your HTC True Wireless Earbuds 9:
- Scan the QR code on the package with your phone.
- Scratch off the coating on the label to reveal a code.
- On your phone, enter the last four digits of the revealed code into the anti-counterfeiting query.
- If the code is authentic, the search results screen will confirm that you have a genuine product.
