Firmware Updates
This section details how to update the firmware for your Fukonn Vanguard appliance.
- Press the [Settings] icon.
- Select [Firmware Updates].
- Press the specific module you wish to update (e.g., stir fryer, range hood).
- Wait for the system to check for updates.
- If a new version is available, press [Update Now]. The unit will restart automatically upon completion.
2.3 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE STIR FRYER
Using the Seasoning Boxes Properly
- Locate the seasoning section within the appliance.
- Pull the pull ring with a finger to remove the seasoning box.
- Place the removed seasoning box on a flat countertop.
- Open the top sealing cover of the seasoning box.
- Add the required seasoning to the seasoning box.
- Close the sealing cover properly.
- Insert the seasoning box back into its designated slot and push it until it is fully seated.
CAUTION:
- A flashing indicator signifies insufficient seasoning; please replenish it promptly.
- Ensure the seasoning level does not exceed the indicated mark.
- Refill seasoning only in the designated box and up to the indicated level.
Operating the Ingredient Box Properly
- Clean and cut your ingredients properly before loading.
- Load ingredients into the ingredient box by category. Place ingredients that require longer cooking times on the left and those that cook faster on the right.
- Locate the specific section designed for the ingredient box.
- Push the ingredient box into its section above the stir fryer until it is securely in place.
- You can proceed once the induction lamp is illuminated.
CAUTION:
- Be careful not to exceed the capacity of the ingredient box when loading.
- For sticky ingredients like pickled meat, apply a small amount of oil to the inner wall of the ingredient box or place a few vegetables at the bottom before adding the ingredient.
Loading the Inner Pot Properly
- Locate the inner pot.
- Before loading, ensure the inner and outer walls of the inner pot are dry.
Inner Pot Loading Continued
- Slide the locking buckles on both sides upward to unlock the inner pot.
- Confirm that the side label of the inner pot is positioned on the right side.
- Hold the upper and lower edges of the inner pot firmly with both hands, align them with the corresponding slots, and push it into place until it clicks.
- Slide the locking buckles on both sides downward to secure the inner pot.
- Put on the pot cover.
CAUTION:
- After loading the inner pot, verify that the locking buckles on both sides are securely engaged (as per step 4).
Removing the Inner Pot Properly
- Locate the inner pot.
- Confirm that the cooking cycle has ended and the inner pot has cooled down to room temperature.
- Remove the pot cover.
- Slide the locking buckles on both sides of the inner pot upward to unlock them.
- Hold the upper and lower edges of the inner pot firmly with both hands and pull the inner pot out.
- After removing the inner pot, avoid touching the inner cavity of the stir fryer and the heating plate until they have cooled down to room temperature.
CAUTION:
- The stir fryer generates significant heat during operation; exercise caution.
- Do not touch the inner pot, the stir fryer's inner cavity, or the heating plate if they have not cooled down to prevent burns.
2.4 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RANGE HOOD
Replacing the Filter of the Range Hood Properly
- Locate the oil fume purification section and open the range hood door from the right side.
- Open the filter cover by rotating it anticlockwise, then remove it.
- Remove the used filter.
- Load a new filter.
- Put the filter cover back on and tighten it by rotating it clockwise.
- Close the range hood door.
CAUTION:
- Replace the filter only when the unit is not in use. Never remove the filter while the unit is operating.
- After replacing the filter, reset the filter counter on the range hood function page of the screen.
- Refer to page 11 of this manual for instructions on resetting the filter counter.
Replenishing the Range Hood Detergent Properly
- Locate the oil fume purification section and open the range hood door from the right side.
- Remove the cap of the detergent filling port (净化剂).
- Add the detergent to the indicated level mark.
- Put the cap of the detergent filling port back on properly.
- Close the range hood door.
CAUTION:
- Replenish the detergent only when the unit is not in use.
- The detergent level should not exceed the level mark (MAX 勿超过最高水位).
- Refer to page 12 of this manual for instructions on checking the detergent level.
3. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
3.1 Cleaning and Maintenance
Seasoning boxes
- Prior to daily operation, check the seasoning levels in the seasoning boxes to ensure sufficient supply. Replenish if any seasoning is insufficient.
- Clean the seasoning boxes regularly to prevent any residue from affecting taste and hygiene. It is advised to clean them with warm water and a neutral detergent once a week, and air-dry them thoroughly.
- Do not add any seasoning of a non-indicated type or other items to the seasoning boxes to avoid endangering the unit's operation and food safety.
Ingredient box
- Before use, ensure the ingredient box is clean and free from any residue.
- After use, clean the ingredient box promptly to prevent bacterial growth from food residue.
- Be careful to avoid damage from scratching during cleaning. Use warm water and a neutral detergent for cleaning, and air-dry thoroughly.
Inner pot
- Before use, ensure the inner pot and its cover are clean and free from any residue.
- After continuous operation, remove the inner pot for cleaning to prevent bacterial growth from food residue. Clean it with warm water and a neutral detergent, and dry it with a dishcloth or air-dry it thoroughly.
- Do not clean the inner pot with any hard or rough-surfaced item (e.g., steel scrubber) to avoid damaging the coating.
- Do not attempt to remove the stirrer of the inner pot on your own.
Inner wall of stir fryer and heating plate
- Clean the inner wall of the stir fryer and the surface of the heating plate regularly to prevent bacterial growth from residual oil stains.
- Turn off the unit's power supply before cleaning. Wipe with a wet dishcloth and a neutral detergent (wring out excess water), then dry the surface with a dry dishcloth.
Meal tray
- Remove the meal tray for cleaning, being careful to avoid damage from scratching. Use warm water and a neutral detergent for cleaning, and air-dry thoroughly.
- Clean the drainage channel under the meal tray with warm water and a neutral detergent regularly to prevent oil stain buildup.
Range hood
- Prior to daily operation, check that the filter and detergent are intact and sufficient. Insufficient or damaged components may weaken suction force or reduce gas exhaust flow. Replace the filter promptly to ensure normal operation.
- The filter and detergent should be replaced or replenished when the system prompts.
Other
- If any device fault, abnormal sound, or fault indicator is observed during operation, stop operating the unit immediately and contact maintenance personnel for inspection. Disassembling or repairing the unit on your own is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Troubleshooting

4. AFTERSALES SERVICES
4.1 Aftersales Services
- This unit must be repaired by a professional. If any fault cannot be handled on site, it should be returned for repair.
- To ensure quality, be sure to use genuine or authorized accessories and consumables.
Warranty process
- During the warranty period, call the customer service hotline and provide the product information, fault description, and purchase voucher.
- Aftersales personnel will guide you through possible troubleshooting steps.
- If any problem cannot be solved by telephone, repair instructions will be provided, or the unit will be sent for repair.
4.2 Warranty
Warranty period:
This unit is covered by warranty for one year from the purchase date (excluding accessories and consumables).
Warranty scope:
- Repair of mechanical faults during normal operation.
- Repair of faults of electronic components that occur under normal operation.
- Necessary technical support and advice.
Warranty conditions:
- This unit is operated and maintained properly according to this manual.
- This unit is not used in any unsuitable environment.
- No unauthorized modification or repair is conducted.
- The purchase receipt and the valid warranty card are available.
Warranty responsibility:
During the warranty period, Fukonn Vanguard will be responsible for repairing or replacing this unit or its components.
Limitation and exclusion of liability:
- Faults arising from any manmade damage, improper operation, or improper maintenance.
- Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly.
- Any operating environment not complying with this manual.
- Damage or failure arising from any accident, disaster, or force majeure factor.
