Product Overview

Installation Instructions
Intel LGA 115X/1200/1700/1851 Installation
For LGA 115X/1200:
- Install the Intel backplate (F) behind the motherboard.
- Secure the backplate with Intel stand-offs (G).
- Attach the Intel brackets (C) to the stand-offs using screws.
- Place the waterblock (E) onto the CPU and secure it with the provided screws.
For LGA 1700/1851:
- Install the Intel backplate (F) behind the motherboard.
- Secure the backplate with Intel stand-offs (G).
- Attach the Intel brackets (C) to the stand-offs using screws.
- Place the waterblock (E) onto the CPU and secure it with the provided screws.
For LGA 20XX:
- Install the Intel backplate (F) behind the motherboard.
- Secure the backplate with Intel stand-offs (G).
- Attach the Intel brackets (C) to the stand-offs using screws.
- Place the waterblock (E) onto the CPU and secure it with the provided screws.
AMD AM4/AM5 Installation
- Remove the stock AMD mounting hardware.
- Install the AMD backplate (F) behind the motherboard.
- Secure the backplate with AMD stand-offs (H).
- Attach the AMD brackets (D) to the stand-offs using screws (I).
- Place the waterblock (E) onto the CPU and secure it with the provided screws.
Fan and Radiator Mounting
Mount the fans (A) to the radiator using the fan screws (J) and radiator screws (K/P/T). Ensure proper airflow direction.
Connection Guide
Water Pump Connection
Connect the pump power cable to the motherboard's AIO_PUMP or CPU_OPT header. Connect the ARGB cable to the motherboard's 5V ARGB header.
Fan Connection
Connect the fan power cables to the motherboard's CPU_FAN header or a fan controller. Connect the ARGB cables to the motherboard's 5V ARGB header.
LCD Screen Wiring
Connect the LCD screen via the SATA power cable to the power supply and the USB cable to an available USB header on the motherboard.

Software Installation
Download the latest software from: https://www.thermalright.com/support/download/
Install the software on your desktop. Ensure the USB cable is connected to the motherboard before installation.
Troubleshooting
- If the display does not turn on, restart the PC and ensure the USB cable is properly connected.
- For errors, try unplugging and replugging the Type-C cable on the waterblock.
- If the display is not functioning correctly, restart the software and the PC.
- Ensure all ARGB and fan cables are correctly connected to the motherboard.
