Green Lion GL-MN15 Portable Nebulizer
SKU: GNMININEBWH
Product Overview
Thank you for choosing our small nebulizer. Please read this manual carefully to ensure safe and effective use. Keep it in a safe place for future reference.
Scope of Use: For evaporating medications for therapeutic use.
Target Audience: Suitable for adults and children.
This nebulizer works using rapid circuit oscillation, which causes resonance in the piezoelectric ceramic transducer. This vibrates the fine mesh network, allowing the medication to pass through tiny pores, forming mist particles. These particles are directed to the patient's respiratory system via a face mask or mouthpiece for inhalation therapy.
The vaporized medication is absorbed through the mucous membranes and tissues of the oral cavity, throat, trachea, bronchi, and alveoli, ensuring the desired therapeutic effect.
Product Components
The nebulizer consists of the following components:
- Main Unit
- Medicine Cup
- Mouthpiece
- Adult Mask
- Child Mask
- USB Cable
- User Manual
Diagram Description: A diagram illustrates the main unit with labels pointing to the Medicine Cup, Power Button, and USB Type-C Charging Port, and Mist Outlet.

- Rinse the medicine cup, lid, and accessories with tap water, then disinfect them according to the recommended guidelines.
Notes:
- Ensure the medication fully contacts the mesh during inhalation. Gently shaking the device is sufficient, but avoid tilting the device backward during use.
- Always follow your doctor's treatment instructions and maintain a calm, comfortable posture during the session for effective results.
- Over time, medication may accumulate around the mesh, potentially affecting mist performance. In such cases, turn off the device, remove accessories, and gently wipe away residue with a sterile gauze. Avoid touching the central mesh area to prevent potential damage.
Cleaning and Disinfection
To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, it is essential to clean and disinfect the medicine cup assembly (including the mist outlet and cup lid) and accessories after each use. Follow the recommended cleaning and disinfection procedures:
1. Product Cleaning
- Component Disassembly: Carefully detach the medicine cup assembly, including the mist outlet, cup lid, and accessories, from the main unit. Soak them in clean tap water at a temperature not exceeding 40°C for approximately 5 minutes to remove any residual medication.
- Drying Parts: After cleaning, use clean, sterile gauze to remove excess water. Allow all parts to air dry completely.
- Cleaning the Main Unit: Wipe the exterior surface of the main unit. If there is any medication residue on the electrode contacts, use clean, sterile gauze dampened with water (and wrung out) to gently clean the area. Then, allow the main unit to air dry completely.
- Storage: Store the device and its components in a clean, dry place to prevent contamination.
Notes:
- Do not wash the main unit directly to prevent water from entering the device.
- Ensure the main unit and its components are completely dry using clean, sterile gauze before storing.
- The inhalation mask and mouthpiece are intended for use by one person only to prevent cross-contamination. Refer to the "Cleaning and Disinfection" section for instructions.
- Always dispose of any leftover medication after use. Failure to do so may clog the nebulizer mesh, affecting its performance.
2. Product Disinfection
To maintain a high level of hygiene and safety, the medicine cup assembly (including the mist outlet and cup lid) and accessories must be disinfected after each use. The following disinfection methods are recommended:
- Chemical Disinfection (Recommended for medical institutions): Soak the medicine cup assembly (including the mist outlet, cup lid) and accessories in a solution of Benzalkonium Bromide (a new disinfectant) or 3% Hydrogen Peroxide for 10 minutes for effective disinfection. Alternatively, you can wipe the components with the disinfectant.
- After disinfection, rinse thoroughly with tap water and dry with clean, sterile gauze, or allow the parts to air dry. Note: Follow the instructions for Benzalkonium Bromide and Hydrogen Peroxide. Do not soak components for extended periods. Avoid using strong oxidizers like perchlorates or disinfectants that may damage metals, polymers, or plastics.
- Ethanol Disinfection: Soak the medicine cup assembly (including the mist outlet, cup lid) and accessories in 75% medical-grade ethanol for 5-10 minutes for disinfection. You can also disinfect them by wiping with ethanol.
- After disinfection, rinse thoroughly with tap water and dry with clean, sterile gauze, or allow the parts to air dry. Notes:
- Wipe any disinfectant residue from the components using sterile gauze before storage to ensure safe use.
- When rinsing or wiping the mist outlet, avoid touching the central mesh area to prevent damage and maintain the nebulizer's function.
