1. Safety Instructions
IMPORTANT! AIR CONDITIONING APPLIANCES MUST ALWAYS BE STORED AND TRANSPORTED UPRIGHT, OTHERWISE THE COMPRESSOR MAY BE SERIOUSLY DAMAGED. IF YOU ARE UNSURE HOW THE APPLIANCE WAS STORED OR TRANSPORTED, WAIT AT LEAST 24 HOURS AFTER INSTALLATION BEFORE TURNING IT ON.
Warning
When using an air conditioning appliance, it is important to follow the safety instructions. This prevents personal injury, electric shock, and damage to the product. Read all instructions carefully before use.
- Read the user manual before use!
- The manufacturer is not responsible for damage or personal injury resulting from incorrect use of this unit or failure to follow safety instructions.
- Save the user manual, warranty certificate, and proof of purchase.
- Children should always be supervised when using the unit. Children must not play with the unit.
- This product can be used by children aged 8 and above, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they are supervised or have received instructions on safe use and understand the risks associated with the product's use.
- Never insert fingers or other objects into the air outlet.
- Do not use the unit if the power cord or plug is damaged. Never attempt to repair a damaged unit, cord, or plug yourself. Have the manufacturer or an authorized professional perform the repair.
- The unit is not suitable for commercial use.
- Use and store the unit in a dry place.
- Never use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Recommended operating temperature is 10–35 °C.
- This unit is only suitable for caravan use and must only be used as intended.
- Never modify the unit or any of its components.
- Never connect multiple electrical devices to the same outlet. This can cause unstable connection and high heat load.
- Keep the unit at least two meters away from possible ignition or power sources to avoid the risk of fire.
- There must be at least 50 cm of free space in front of the unit and at least 20 cm of free space to the left and right of the unit.
- It is strictly forbidden to refill the refrigerant yourself.
- Do not pull the unit's hose or handle it with sharp objects. If the hose is damaged, stop using the unit immediately and contact an authorized repairer.
- Fuse type and rating: 250VAC, T3.15A
Installation Location for the Air Conditioner
The air conditioner must be installed on a stable, flat surface (note: the air conditioner must not be tilted). This air conditioner must not be installed in the following locations:
- Near powerful heat sources, steam, or flammable and explosive gases.
- In an environment where chemicals are present (volatile substances, organic solvents, etc.).
- In an open window if it is raining outside.
Also note the following:
- The unit must always be kept upright. Do not hold the unit sideways or upside down.
- Try to keep the unit straight when moving or transporting it. Do not shake or drop the unit.
- Ensure that the air supply is not blocked and is in good condition.
- Do not insert objects into the air inlets or outlets. The objects may get stuck in the electrical components or the fan, which can be dangerous.
- Do not place heavy objects on top of the product.
- Unplug the air conditioner before moving, maintaining, cleaning, or storing it.
- Do not move the unit by pulling the cord or plug.
- Clean the dust filter on the air intake grille at least once a month.
- If the unit is not used for a long time, it must be stored in a cool and dry place. Clean and dry the air conditioner thoroughly before storage.
- To prevent water leakage, ensure the condensate drain pan is empty before moving the unit.

3. Control Panel
The control panel features the following buttons:
- ① Power: Press this button to turn the unit on and off. When the air conditioner is first turned on, it selects a mode based on the ambient temperature. If the ambient temperature is high, it selects cooling mode with a standard temperature of 22 °C, and if the ambient temperature is low, it selects heating mode with a standard temperature of 24 °C.
- ② Mode: Press this button to select between cooling, heating, fan, and dehumidification. When the unit is on or in standby mode, you can press this button for three seconds to turn the timer on/off.
- ③ Up and Down: In cooling or heating mode, you can select a temperature between 16–30 °C by pressing these buttons. In timer mode, you can press these buttons to adjust the timer duration or turn it on/off. Press both buttons simultaneously to switch between °C and °F.
- ④ Fan Speed: Press the button to select slow or fast fan speed.
- ⑤ Sleep Mode: Press the button to turn sleep mode on/off. "SL" is displayed. After 20 seconds, all lights and the digital display turn off, and the air conditioner enters sleep mode. The indoor unit continues to operate at a low fan speed.
- ⑥ Display: The display allows you to control the set temperature and timer.
- ⑦ Oscillation: Press the fan speed button and the sleep mode button simultaneously to turn oscillation on/off.
4. Installation of the Air Conditioner
1. Remove the unit and its accessories from the packaging and ensure the hose between the indoor and outdoor units is properly connected. Also, check that the condensate outlet has a rubber cover. Finally, check that all listed accessories are included.
2.1 Mount the parts as shown in the diagram below. Connect the outer bracket to the inner bracket using M6 screws. This will form the holder for the unit.
2.2 Place the shock-absorbing rubber knobs on the back of the outdoor unit.
2.3 Mount the brackets as shown in the diagram below. Attach the indoor and outdoor units to the holders to connect the units. Use M6 screws for mounting by placing them in the designated holes.
2.4 Secure the indoor unit in the holder and tighten properly. Then, wrap the hose protection around the hose between the outdoor and indoor units. (See diagram below).
2.5 Mount the entire unit on the window and tighten properly.
5. Error Codes
If the unit does not function at all or functions poorly: Check if an error code is displayed and find the solution in the table below. If no error code is displayed, check the table for a possible solution.

E4 | Freezing | Check that the air outlet is not blocked and keep the ventilation opening open. |
6. Troubleshooting Guide

7. Maintenance
Instructions:
- 1) Ensure the unit is turned off and unplugged.
- 2) Do not use gasoline or other strong chemicals to clean the unit.
- 3) Do not immerse the unit in water when cleaning.
- 4) If the unit is damaged, contact your dealer or an authorized professional.
Cleaning
Note: Unplug the power cord before cleaning or maintenance.
- Air Filter
It is important to remove dust from the filter regularly. Remove the filter as shown in the diagram. Clean the filter with lukewarm tap water and/or a vacuum cleaner. Do not use water above 40 °C for cleaning and do not leave the filter in the sun. Ensure the filter is dry before reinstalling it in the air conditioner. - Clean the surface of the air conditioning unit
Wipe the surface with a neutral detergent and a damp cloth. Then, wipe the surface thoroughly with a dry cloth. Do not allow water or cleaning agents to enter the unit.
Storage
If you will not be using the unit for an extended period, remove the rubber covers from the drain holes at the bottom of both units and drain all condensate into a suitable container.
Diagrams illustrate the process of removing drain covers, connecting the drain hose, drying the unit, cleaning the filter, removing the unit from the window, and reattaching brackets for storage.
1. Remove the rubber cover from the indoor unit and connect the drain hose to drain condensate.
2. Use the air conditioner in fan mode to dry the inside of the unit.
3. Turn off the unit and unplug it from the outlet.
4. Wash and dry the air filter and reinstall it.
5. Remove the air conditioning unit from the window.
6. Remove the rubber cover from the outdoor unit and connect the drain hose to drain condensate.
7. Remove the brackets from the air conditioner and install the brackets on the units as shown in the diagram below. Store the unit against a wall.
8. Store the air conditioning unit in a cool and dry place.
9. It is recommended to place the air conditioner back in its packaging for storage. This prevents dust and dirt from accumulating in the unit.
* Before moving or reassembling the air conditioner, ensure that the condensate has been drained.
10. Smart Home WiFi Guide
Install the app
Download the Smart Life app from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
Register
Sign up
If you do not have a Smart Home account, register and log in with the confirmation code sent via SMS.
Registration:
- Go to the registration page.
- The system automatically identifies your country/region. You can also select the country code manually. Enter your mobile number or email address and press "Next".
- If you register via phone number, enter the confirmation code you received via SMS. Set the password according to the instructions and press "Confirm" to complete the registration.
Add a device via WiFi
- Turn on the air conditioner and keep it in standby mode. Press the "FAN" button for 3 seconds to enter WiFi pairing mode.
- Open the Smart Life app and press the + button in the top right corner to add a new device via WiFi.
- Ensure that the air conditioner's indicator light is blinking (twice per second) and press "Confirm light is rapidly flashing" on your mobile phone.
- Select a WiFi network (note: the network must be 2.4 GHz) and enter the password. The pairing process will start, and the air conditioner will connect to the application.
- Once the devices are configured, the air conditioner will appear on the home screen in the Smart Home app. Tap the device in the app to see all control options.
Connection via Bluetooth
- Before connecting, ensure the air conditioner is in standby mode.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
- When the air conditioner is turned on and in pairing mode, it will automatically appear in the app after a while. Press the "Add" button to connect.
- Enter your WiFi network and password and click "Next" to proceed (Note: the network must be 2.4 GHz).
- Go to the control page after pairing is complete.
- Press "Done" to return to the home screen.
