Installation Guide
Introduction
The Harvia WL200 protective sheath is designed to reduce the specified safety distances from combustible materials when installing Harvia Legend sauna stoves. The protective sheaths can be used separately or combined together, with a maximum of three sheaths allowed for a single installation. A single skirting board is required for connecting sheaths, as detailed in Step 1.
Before Installation
Ensure that the minimum safety distance requirements for the stove and chimney are fulfilled before proceeding with the installation of the WL200 protective sheath.
Safety Distances
The minimum safety distances from walls and benches made of combustible materials can be reduced when using the WL200 protective sheath. This is contingent upon the sauna stones being piled carefully to completely cover the stove body and smoke pipe.

The WL200 is also compatible with various Harvia stove models identified by codes such as WZ050M, WZ100M, WZ45M, WZ90M, WZ90NM, WZ115050, WZ115100, WZ11545, WZ11590, and WZ115030SP. It is also shown in conjunction with WL300 and WHP1500 models.

Installation Steps
The WL200 protective sheath can be installed in various configurations with compatible Harvia Legend stoves.

Step 1: Connecting Sheaths
If using multiple WL200 sheaths, connect them together using a skirting board. This step ensures a secure and continuous protective barrier.

Step 2: Attaching to Stove
Securely attach the WL200 protective sheath to the Harvia sauna stove. The diagram shows mounting points on the stove body where the sheath is affixed.

Step 3: Placing Stones
Carefully pile the sauna stones around the stove body and smoke pipe, ensuring they completely cover these components as per safety requirements.

Step 4: Final Adjustment
Make final adjustments to the protective sheath. A close-up view indicates a recommended gap of 10 mm between the sheath and the stove body for proper installation.
