The Samsung contest "Galaxy te lleva a conocer a Kidd Voodoo" (the "Contest"), is organized by Samsung Electronics Chile Ltda., with RUT N° 77.879.240-0 (hereinafter the "Organizer" or "Samsung"), domiciled at Cerro El Plomo 6000, 6th floor, Las Condes commune, Santiago.

To participate in the Contest and have the possibility to win the prize indicated in these Terms and Conditions, it is required to have read and accepted the conditions set forth herein.

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTEST:

In the Contest, Participants (as defined in section 2 below) who have correctly answered the dynamic described in these Official Rules, will be able to participate to win the product indicated as Prize (the "Prize", defined in section 6), provided they also meet the requirements specified in these Official Rules (the "Official Rules").

2. ELIGIBILITY:

2.1. Participants must meet the following requirements:

• a) Must reside in Chile (the "Participating Country");
• b) Must be 18 years of age or older;
• c) Must read, understand, and accept these Terms and Conditions, published at samsung.com/cl/info/legal-bases-promotions/;
• d) Must not have any of the disqualifying conditions mentioned in section 2.3 of this Section.
• e) Must not have exercised the right of withdrawal.

2.2. The Contest is not valid outside the Participating Country.

2.3. The following persons are not eligible for this Contest:

• a) Employees of the Organizer, including employees of the Organizer's headquarters, affiliates, subsidiaries, and local dealers;
• b) Employees of advertising and promotion agencies responsible for providing services related to this Contest and the Organizer;
• c) Parents, siblings, grandparents, children, and their respective spouses, of the persons mentioned in the previous points; and,
• d) Any other person who is not permitted to participate by the laws of the Participating Country.

3. DURATION:

From July 11, 2025, until July 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM, Chile Continental time.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

4.1. To participate in the Contest, the Participant must purchase, during the contest period, one of the following products through the Samsung Shop App (“App”):

4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify any aspect of this Contest, without further liability to the extent permitted by law.

5. PROCEDURE FOR SELECTING THE WINNING PARTICIPANT:

5.1. Entries that are validated for the Contest will be those made during the validity period of the Contest and that comply with the requirements indicated in these Official Rules.

5.2. A database export of all Participants who meet the requirements will be carried out, and using the random.org tool, the Winners will be selected randomly. Once selected, it will be verified that the Participants comply with all the requirements indicated in these Official Rules.

6. PRIZE AND DRAW DATES:

6.1. The Contest includes thirty-one (31) winners (the "Winner" or the "Winners"):

• 6.1.1. 30 Winners will each receive one (1) double ticket to attend one of the "Kidd Vodoo" concerts to be held on July 26, 28, 29, and 30 at 9:00 PM at Movistar Arena.
• 6.1.2. 1 Winner will receive one (1) double ticket for the Meet&Greet for the "Kidd Vodoo" concert to be held on July 23 at 9:00 PM at Movistar Arena.

6.2. The Winners will be selected on July 21, 2025, at 12:30 PM. Tickets will be assigned randomly, and Winners may receive tickets for any of the aforementioned days.

6.3. The Prize does not include any other benefit, good, or service not expressly enumerated in these terms and conditions, such as transportation, accommodation, or other expenses that may be incurred for the use of the prize.

6.4. It is expressly stated that, although the Prize consists of the indicated items, the approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the tickets is $100,000 for double tickets, and $400,000 for the ticket with Meet&Greet.

6.5. The Winner of the Prize may not assign or transfer the Prize to another person. No type of substitution of the Prize or exchange for cash is permitted. The value of the Prize represents the Organizer's good faith determination of the maximum sale value thereof. No refunds or credits for exchanges are allowed. The ARV of any prize is subject to fluctuations in the consumer market price based, among other variables, on any period between the ARV estimation date for the purposes of these Terms and the date on which the Prize is awarded or used. Other restrictions may apply, which are accepted by the Participants. All details of the Prize will be defined by the Organizer at its sole discretion. For this purpose, the Winner must make themselves available to the Organizer on the days and times indicated by the latter and act with strict adherence to what is requested.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY:

7.1. The Prize will be delivered directly to the Winners digitally by sending the tickets in E-Ticket format to the email registered in Samsung Members, with all the information for the event.

7.2. Tickets will be sent on July 21, 2025, to the registered email.

7.3. In the event that the Winner receives the tickets and decides to exercise the right of withdrawal for the purchase that resulted in the prize, Samsung will deduct the value of the tickets from the amount to be refunded for the original purchase, as indicated in section 7.2.

7.4. If tickets are not received, the Winner may contact the Contact Center by calling 800-726-786 or by emailing tiendaenlinea@samsung.com and follow the instructions provided. In the App, this can also be done through the "Contact" section, available under "Support" within "Menu".

7.5. Likewise, through the policies included in Samsung Members, specifically at r1.community.samsung.com/t5/comunidad/ct-p/cl-community, the participant grants Samsung and its affiliated, controlled, controlling, and common control entities (the "Entities"), and the persons designated by them, their assignees and licensees, the right and power to use, publish, display, and reproduce their name, photograph(s), video(s), likeness, voice, address (city, state, and country), message and/or provided biographical information, and any statement in relation to the Contest or the Prize awarded in their favor, worldwide, without limitation, and in perpetuity, in any medium or platform that is known or developed in the future, without the need for notification, consultation, or additional payment, benefit, or reward of any kind, except for cases where the law imperatively establishes otherwise.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL PRIZES:

8.1. In case of controversy regarding the identity of any Participant, the Organizer reserves the exclusive right to require proof of identity of the Participant prior to the delivery of the Prize.

8.2. Any person who attempts (by any means) to deceive the Organizer and/or its agents, or who attempts to manipulate the Contest in any way will forfeit all rights to register for it and/or for any future contest, survey, or benefit from the Organizer and will not be entitled to the Contest Prize.

8.3. Obtaining this prize does not create any type of employment relationship or responsibility between the Participants and the Organizer. Therefore, there is no social security responsibility for the Participants on the part of the Organizer.

8.4. The interpretation of these Terms and Conditions is subject to the laws of the Republic of Chile. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Chilean courts for all claims related to the Contest.

8.5. The Organizer is not responsible in any case for correspondence or emails that are lost, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected by postal or electronic services.

8.6. The Organizer will not change or replace the Prize once delivered to the Winner or in case it is lost.

8.7. The Organizer will not be liable when the Winner of the Prize cannot receive it, or use it due to causes beyond the Organizer's reasonable control, mail problems, force majeure, act of government, or when the Winner of the Prize loses or waives their right to claim it according to these Terms and Conditions. In all these cases, the Winner of the Prize will forfeit any rights they may have in relation to the Prize.

9. ORGANIZER'S RESPONSIBILITY:

9.1. The Organizer's responsibility extends to the moment the winner has received the prize.

9.2. The staging of the show is the complete responsibility of Bizarro Producciones, the company that produces said event. In case of cancellation of events or rescheduling, the Prize winner must manage a solution directly with the organizer of the show.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE AND ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS:

10.1. The acceptance of these Official Rules by any Participant (including Potential Winners and the Official Winner) operates as authorization for advertising use, for the use of their name, photograph, image, and similar, voice, statement, comment, review, message, biographical information, and address (city, state/province, and country) by the Organizer and its designated agents, in any currently known communication medium (including internet and mobile phones) or that may be created in the future, in perpetuity or for the period permitted by applicable law, without the need for notification, consultation, or right of approval or payment, additional benefit, or reward of any kind, except for cases where the law imperatively establishes otherwise.

11. PARTICIPATION INFORMATION:

11.1. All interested persons who are eligible to participate in the Contest according to these Official Rules may access the Contest information by visiting the Samsung Members app at r1.community.samsung.com/t5/comunidad/ct-p/cl-community.

12. PRIVACY POLICY:

12.1. The personal information obtained from the Participants in this Contest is subject to the Privacy Policy contained at samsung.com/cl/info/privacy/, as well as the Privacy Policy contained at the link v3.account.samsung.com/policy/privacy, which Participants are obligated to comply with and respect.

13. PERSONAL DATA:

13.1. In the event that the Participant provides their personal data, said personal data will be collected and used in the manner and with the limitations and rights established in Law 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life.

13.2. The personal data provided by the Participants will not be processed for a purpose other than that for which it was initially provided, unless there is new consent from the Participants that allows the Organizer to give it a different treatment or purpose. The personal data requested by Samsung from its Participants will be adequate, proportional, and not excessive in relation to the specific purpose for which they were requested.

13.3. Samsung will proceed to cancel or delete the personal data collected when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they were collected, unless legal reasons require their conservation.

13.4. At the time of collecting or gathering personal data, the data subject will receive the following information from Samsung, before the data is processed:

• (i) The identity of the data controller.
• (ii) The specific purpose(s) for which the personal data are collected.
• (iii) The existence of the right of access and the right to rectify personal data relating to the data subject.

13.5. Participants must grant the Organizer their consent for the processing of their personal data. This consent may be obtained through electronic means. Consent will be deemed granted through electronic means for all legal purposes by the mere act of clicking on the "proceed", "accept", or "continue" buttons, or any other of a similar nature.

13.6. Participants who provide their personal data also consent to the storage of the same in a database for which the Organizer, or a natural or legal person designated by it, will be responsible.

13.7. By granting their consent to the Organizer to process their personal data, Participants authorize the latter to eventually transfer them to third parties, such as the Organizer's affiliates, agents, and service providers located in Chile and abroad, only to the extent that they do so for the purpose for which the data were collected.

13.8. It is the responsibility of the Participants that the personal data provided are truthful.

13.9. Sensitive data will not be processed by the Organizer.

14. OFFICIAL RULES

14.1. By the mere act of participating, Participants accept these Official Rules of the Contest and their participation in it implies that they have knowledge, accept, and are subject to these Official Rules. Only the Organizer may resolve any situation not foreseen in these Official Rules, and its decisions are final and cannot be appealed. The Organizer is not responsible for any typographical error or any other error contained in the Official Rules, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
