Preparation and Assembly

Assembly Steps:
Note: Do not tighten all bolts until all installations are complete.
Step 1: Base Assembly
Assemble the left-right underframe (A), rear underframe (B), and connect the pedals (O) and gun barrel frames (N1, N2, N3) using specified hardware (Hexagon bolt M10x70, Flat gasket Ø10, Lock nut M10).
Step 2: Frame Construction
Attach the left-front column (C1), right-front column (C2), left-rear pillar (C3), right-rear pillar (C4), and linear slides (U1, U2) to the base frame using appropriate bolts and gaskets.
Step 3: Vertical Support
Connect the vertical support columns (C3, C4) to the base structure using the specified hardware.
Step 4: Upper Frame and Stabilizers
Attach the left-right upper frame (D) and front upper frame (F) to the vertical columns. Secure with specified bolts, gaskets, and lock nuts.
Step 5: Cross Frame and Supports
Install the rear cross frame (E) and connect the upper junction plates (M1) to the frame. Use specified hardware.
Step 6: Cable Management and Crossbars
Attach the cross beam frames (T1, T2) and ensure cable pathways are clear. Use specified hardware.
Step 7: Weight Bearing Guides
Install the weight-bearing guide rods (G) and weight-bearing frames (H1, H2) using Hexagon bolt (M10x80), Flat gasket Ø10, and Lock nut M10.
Step 8: Barbell Rod and Pulleys
Insert the barbell rod (V) and attach pulleys as indicated. Use Hexagon bolt (M12x70) and Flat gasket Ø12.
Step 9: Accessories and Final Touches
Attach accessories such as the barbell slice storage rods (9), dumbbell piece storage rods (14), handles (11), and other components like pothooks (K1, K2), parallel bars (L1, L2), and barbell brackets (R1, R2) using the remaining hardware. Ensure all components are securely fastened.
Final Check: After full assembly, check all functions for correct operation. Consult the manual or contact customer service if any issues arise.
