Care and Warning
Do not use this product in extreme weather. It will cause product damage directly or shorten product service time drastically in extreme weather.
Bolts can loosen over time. Be sure to check bolts occasionally, tightening at least twice a year. Check all screws for tightness before and during usage of the unit.
Due to the nature of metal, surface oxidation (rusting) will occur once protective coatings are scratched.
Recommendations for Increasing Wind Rating
For areas with strong winds, rain, and snow, consider the following:
- Bolt the greenhouse down to the ground with either a concrete slab, base plates, or flanged feet.
- Using extra tie-down kits.
- Using silicone sealant to seal the panels.
- Fix wood planks or boards (NOT INCLUDED) with screws on the roof and side walls (as highlighted in diagrams) of the greenhouse to enhance the wind resistance level.

Assembly Instructions
Note: Diagrams show parts and connections. Follow the sequence carefully.
Step 1: Base Frame Assembly
Assemble the base frame using aluminium profiles 1, 2, 2A, 2-1, 3, and 4, secured with hardware 45 (screws) and 46 (nuts). This step involves connecting multiple profiles to form the rectangular base structure.
Step 2: Pre-Assembled Base Frame Installation
Install the assembled base frame onto the plastic corner feet (part 32). Secure the feet to the base frame corners using hardware 42 (screws). Ensure the frame is level.
Step 3-1: Back Wall Frame Assembly
Attach vertical profiles 5A and 5B to the base profiles 3 and 4 using hardware 42. This forms the initial uprights for the back wall.
Step 3-2: Back Wall Frame Assembly
Insert roof support profiles 14 and 15 between the top ends of vertical profiles 5A and 5B, securing them with hardware 42. This creates the upper structure for the back wall.
Step 3-3: Back Wall Assembly
Slide PC panels C into the channels of the assembled back wall frame. Secure them using connector profiles 19 and hardware 42.
Step 3-4: Back Wall Frame Assembly
Continue reinforcing the back wall frame by adding more profiles and connectors (parts 14, 15, 19) and securing with hardware 42, integrating the PC panels.
Step 3-5: Back Wall Assembly
Install PC panels D, E, and F into the upper section of the back wall frame. Use roof vent supports (part 22) and hardware 42 to secure these panels and complete the back wall structure.
Step 3-6: Back Wall's Plastic Parts and Gable Frame Assembly
Attach plastic roof connectors (parts 33A and 33B) to the top of the back wall structure. Assemble the gable frame using profiles 8 and 9, connectors 19, and roof vent supports 22, securing with hardware 42.
Step 3-7: Back Wall's Plastic Parts and Gable Frame Assembly
Connect the assembled gable frame to the back wall structure. The main frame of the greenhouse begins to take shape, including the roof apex support.
Step 4-1: Front Wall Frame Assembly
Similar to the back wall, assemble the front wall frame using vertical profiles 5A and 5B, base profiles 3 and 4, and hardware 42.
Step 4-2: Front Wall Frame Assembly
Install horizontal profiles 12 and 13 at the top of the front wall vertical profiles, securing with hardware 42.
Step 4-3: Front Wall Assembly
Slide PC panels C into the channels of the front wall frame and secure with connector profiles 19 and hardware 42.
Step 4-4: Front Wall Frame Assembly
Continue reinforcing the front wall frame with additional profiles and connectors (parts 12, 13, 19) and hardware 42.
Step 4-5: Front Wall Assembly
Install PC panels E into the upper section of the front wall frame, securing them as needed.
Step 4-6: Front Wall's Plastic Parts and Gable Frame Assembly
Attach plastic roof connectors (parts 33A and 33B) to the front wall structure. Assemble the front gable frame using profiles 8 and 9, connectors 19, and roof vent support 21, securing with hardware 42.
Step 4-7: Front Wall's Plastic Parts and Gable Frame Assembly
Connect the front gable frame to the front wall structure. The main structure, including front and back walls and gable ends, is now largely assembled.
Step 5-1: Side Roof Ridge Assembly
Assemble the side roof ridge components using profiles 6, 7, 7A, 7-1, and hardware 44. This creates the central ridge line for the roof.
Step 5-2: Pre-Assembled Side Roof Ridge Installation
Install the assembled side roof ridge onto the greenhouse structure. Connect it to the gable frames and side walls using parts 6, 7, 7A, 2A, and hardware 42. Note the use of plastic part 33B as a connector.
Step 6-1: Middle Roof Ridge Assembly
Assemble the middle roof ridge components using profiles 23, 23A, 23-1, and hardware 42. This forms the apex of the roof.
Step 6-2: Window Assembly
Assemble the window frames using parts 30-1, 30-2, 30-3, and 30-4. Secure the window frame components using hardware 48. This step involves drilling holes in part L.
Step 6-3: Pre-Assembled Middle Roof Ridge Installation & Window Assembly
Install the assembled middle roof ridge onto the greenhouse. Note: Windows (assembled in Step 6-2) must be slid into the gutter of frame 23 before assembling frame 23.
Step 7-1: Side Wall Assembly
Prepare to install the PC panels for the side walls. The diagram shows panels labeled 'A' being positioned.
Step 7-2: Side Wall Frame Assembly
Install vertical support posts (part 16) along the sides of the greenhouse structure. Secure them using hardware 42. Important: Do not tighten screws completely at this stage; final tightening should occur after PC boards are installed.
Step 7-3: Side Wall Assembly
Install the PC panels (labeled 'A') onto the side wall frames. The diagram shows multiple panels being fitted.
Step 8-1: Roof Wall Assembly
Begin assembling the roof structure. The diagram shows PC panels labeled 'B' being attached to the roof frame.
Step 8-2: Roof Wall Frame Assembly
Continue building the roof frame using profiles 17, 18A, 18B, 24, and hardware 42. Important: Do not tighten screws completely at this stage; final tightening should occur after PC boards are installed.
Step 8-3: Roof Frame Assembly
Further assemble the roof frame using hardware F1 and plastic component H. This step reinforces the roof structure.
Step 8-4: Roof Wall Assembly
Install remaining PC panels (labeled 'B', 'J') and window components (part 30-4) onto the roof structure. Secure with hardware F1.
Step 9: Door Assembly
Assemble the door frames using vertical profiles 25A, 25B, horizontal profiles 26A, 26B, door hinge components 27, 28, PC panels K, and hardware 46, 37. This forms the two halves of the door.
Step 10: Door Assembly
Attach the door handles (parts 31 and 31A) to the assembled doors. Note: The door handles are secured with self-tapping screws (47) (no drilling required).
Step 11: Door Assembly
Attach the door hinges (part A6) to the doors using screws (F1). The doors are now ready to be mounted onto the greenhouse.
Final Check
Check and tighten all screws to ensure that the greenhouse is sturdy.
