Mojave trim) TOOLS REQUIRED Flat SCREW DRIVER RATCHET SOCKET SET TORQUE WRENCH ALLEN WRENCH (PROVIDED) TRIM PANEL REMOVAL TOOL DO NOT OVER TORQUE. PLEASE FOLLOW THE TIGHTEN OPERATING LOAD STANDARD BELOW: 6mm BOLTS & NUTS: FROM 7 TO 8.5 FOOT POUND. 8mm BOLTS & NUTS: FROM 18 TO 20 FOOT POUND. 10mm BOLTS & NUTS: FROM 35 TO 40 FOOT POUND. 12mm BOLTS & NUTS: FROM 60 TO 70 FOOT POUND. TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT, DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF POLISH OR WAX THAT MAY CONTAIN ABRASIVES THAT COULD DAMAGE THE FINISH. MILD SOAP MAY BE USED TO CLEAN THE PRODUCT. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. FACTORY INSTALLED OR AFTERMARKET FRONT BUMPERS MUST BE REMOVED. 2. Remove the (6) plastic push pins securing the factory splash shield to the vehicle: (4) Across the front edge, (2) on the rear edge. (Figures 1 ) 3. From under the vehicle, remove the factory fog light connectors and free the fog light wiring loom from the bumper. (Figures 2 ) 4. From under the vehicle, access and remove the (8) 18mm nuts securing the factory bumper to the vehicle. (Figures 3 ) 5. Remove the 2 push pins holding the top cover onto the vehicle. (Figures 4 ) 6. Remove the (8) 7mm screws securing the foglights to the factory front bumper. (Figures 5 ) 7. Install the fog light bracket using6M4 Bolts,10M4 Flat Washers,6M4 Lock Washers, and 4M4 Nuts. Repeat this process for both fog lights. (Figures 6 ) 8. Slide the (2) M12 combo Bolts in place (shown in picture) through the open square in the Bumper, and hold them with (2) Plastic Retainers. Repeat this process for both bracket parts. (Figures 7 ) 9. Slide the bumper in place. Using the supplied M12 hardware, secure each side of the bumper to the vehicle using4M12 Nuts,4M12 Bo1ts,8M12 Lock Washers,8M12 Flat Washers.(Figures 8 ) 10. Install the D-Ring brackets to the bumper. Plug the factory fog light harness into the fog lights. Installation is complete. (Fig 6) Install the fog light using6M4 Bolts, 10M4 Flat Washers,6M4 Lock Washers, and4M4 Nuts. Repeat the process for both fog lights. upside (Fig 7) Slide the (2) M12 combo Bolts in place (shown in picture) through the open square in the Bumper, and hold them with (2) Plastic Retainers. Using the supplied M12 hardware, secure each side of the bumper to the vehicle using4M12 Nuts,4M12 Bo1ts,8M12 Lock Washers,8M12 Flat Washers. Torque to 40 ft-lbs.
