How to Submit Your Rebate

All claims must be submitted online at NationwideRebateCenter.com or postmarked by October 10th, 2025.

If submitting by mail, ensure you include:

• A completed rebate form with all required information (model number and serial number for each product).
• A clear copy of your original sales receipt or invoice showing the model number, date of purchase, invoice number, and store details.
• The serial number for each product purchased.

• A valid serial number is required for rebate completion. If delivery is after the postmark date (10/10/25), submit the claim by the postmark date without the serial number.
• Purchases from Best Buy®, Costco Warehouse, Lowe's®, and The Home Depot® are not eligible for this promotion.
• Retain a copy of all submitted materials for your records.
• For assistance locating model and serial numbers, visit the manufacturer's website.
• The prepaid MasterCard is valid for up to 6 months; unused funds will forfeit after the valid thru date.
