General Safety Warnings

Work Area Safety
- Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas invite accidents.
- Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
- Keep children and bystanders away. Distractions can lead to loss of control.
Electrical Safety
- Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools. Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce the risk of electric shock.
- Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges, and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
- Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
- Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling, or unplugging the power tool. Keep the cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges, or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
- When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use. Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock.
- If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use a residual current device (RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock.
Personal Safety
- Stay alert, watch what you are doing, and use common sense when operating a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal injury.
- Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Protective equipment such as a dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.
- Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off position before connecting to power source and/or battery pack, picking up, or carrying the tool. Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or energizing power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
- Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may result in personal injury.
- Do not overreach. Always keep proper footing and balance. This enables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
- Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing, and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery, or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
- If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used. Use of dust collection can reduce dust-related hazards.
Power Tool Use and Care
- Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.
- Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
- Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the battery pack from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally.
- Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
- Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, and any other condition that may affect the power tool's operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
- Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
- Use the power tool, accessories, and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions, considering the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
- Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.

Additional Safety Warning
Wait for the cutter to stop before setting the tool down. An exposed rotating cutter may engage the surface leading to possible loss of control and serious injury.
- Hold the power tool by insulated gripping surfaces only, because the cutter may contact its own cord. Cutting a "live" wire may make exposed metal parts of the power tool "live" and could give the operator an electric shock.
- Use clamps or another practical way to secure and support the workpiece to a stable platform. Holding the work by your hand or against the body leaves it unstable and may lead to loss of control.
Safety Warnings for Blower
- Do not allow children to operate blower as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used near children.
- Do not use the blower if it is not working properly, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped in water. Return the blower to your nearest Authorized Service Center.
- Do not abuse the cord. Never carry charge or base by the cord or yank to disconnect from electrical outlet. Do not allow the cord to hang over the edge of a table or counter or to lay on hot surfaces.
- Do not use or handle charger or blower with wet hands. Electric shock may occur.
- Do not put any objects in ventilation openings.
- Do not use with any opening blocked. Keep openings free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce air flow.
- Keep exhaust away from face, eyes, and hair during use. Always wear eye protection when using the blower.
- Never point the nozzle at anyone when using the blower.
- Never blow hot, burning, smoking, or smoldering materials such as hot coals, cigarette butts, matches, hot ashes, etc. Fire could result.
- Do not blow flammable or combustible materials such as gasoline or use in areas where such materials may be present. Fire could result.
- Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance both for you and the blower at all times. Use extra care when cleaning on stairs. Proper footing and balance enables better control of the blower in unexpected situations.
- This blower does not have to be plugged into an electrical outlet; therefore, it is always in operating condition. Be aware of possible hazards when using your blower or when changing accessories.
Residual Risks
Even when the power tool is used as prescribed, it is not possible to eliminate all residual risk factors. The following hazards may arise in connection with the power tool's construction and design:
- Health defects resulting from vibration emission if the power tool is being used over a longer period of time or not adequately managed and properly maintained.

Operation
Mounting the Nozzle for Blowing Operations (See Diagram A)
Insert the pin located inside the Nozzle into the notch provided on the Blast Port. To lock the Nozzle in place, turn the Nozzle in the indicated direction. To remove the Nozzle, turn it in the opposite direction.
Mounting the Nozzle and Dust Bag for Dust Collection (See Diagram B)
For dust collection, mount the Dust Bag at the Blast Port (2) and the Nozzle at the Suction Port. To remove the Dust Bag and Nozzle, simply pull out by first turning in the opposite direction.
Empty the Dust Bag frequently to ensure maximum dust collecting efficiency.
Adjust the Variable Speed Knob for different speed requirements.
When continuous operation is required, first depress the switch and then the lock-on button, release to disengage lock, then squeeze and release the switch.
⚠️ Continuous running of the machine should not exceed 30 minutes.
Replacing Carbon Brushes (See Diagram D)
Use a screwdriver to remove the brush holder cap. Take out the worn carbon brush, insert the new one, and secure the brush holder cap.
⚠️ Remove and check the carbon brushes regularly. Replace when they wear down to the limit mark.
Maintenance
Your tool has been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum of maintenance. Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper tool care and regular cleaning.
⚠️ Before performing any maintenance, switch off and unplug the tool.
- Regularly clean the ventilation slots in your tool using a soft brush or dry cloth.
- Regularly clean the motor housing using a damp cloth. Do not use any abrasive or solvent-based cleaner.
