Safety Instructions
General Safety
- Read this manual carefully.
- Keep the manual and product information for future use or for the next owner.

- For mixing, whisking, and blending soft foods and liquids, and for kneading soft dough.

- For quantities typically processed in a household and corresponding times.

Electrical Safety
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains after each use, or if left unattended, before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning, and in case of malfunction.
- This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or with insufficient experience and/or knowledge, provided they are supervised or have been instructed on the safe use of the appliance and have understood the resulting hazards.
- Children must not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children.

Preventing Property Damage
- After switching off, wait for the drive to stop completely.
- Keep hands, hair, clothing, and other items away from rotating parts.
- Never leave the appliance switched on if the power supply is interrupted. The appliance will restart automatically after the power supply is restored.
- Attach and remove accessories only when the drive is stationary and the appliance is disconnected.
- Never touch the blades with bare hands.
- Be careful when handling sharp cutting blades, when emptying the container, and during cleaning.
- Be careful when processing hot foods.
- Allow boiling foods to cool to 70°C or below before processing.
- Follow the cleaning instructions.
- Clean surfaces that come into contact with food before each use.
- Never operate the appliance idly (without load).
- Never use the mixing bowl in a microwave or oven.

Attachments
Whisks
Whisks are suitable for:
- Whisking egg whites or cream.
- Preparing light doughs such as sponge cake, shortcrust pastry, or pancake batter.
For optimal results:
- Use cream with at least 30% fat content and at a temperature of 4-8°C.
- Whisk cream or egg whites in a large bowl.
Note: Use the mixing foot for preparing mayonnaise.
Dough Hooks
Dough hooks are suitable for producing various types of dough, such as yeast dough, pizza dough, strudel dough, bread dough, or shortcrust pastry.
Note: Maximum processing quantity is 500 g of flour and ingredients.
Mixing Foot
The mixing foot is not suitable for preparing mashed potatoes or foods of a similar consistency.
The mixing foot is suitable for:
- Mixing drinks.
- Preparing pancake batter, mayonnaise, sauces, and baby food.
- Pureeing cooked foods, e.g., fruits, vegetables, soups.
Using the Mixing Foot
Notes:
- For solid foods like apples, potatoes, or meat, chop them into pieces and cook until soft before processing.
- For chopping raw foods without adding liquid, such as onions, garlic, or herbs, use the universal chopper.
- Before processing food in a pot, remove the pot from the heat source. (Refer to Figure 10-17)
Example Mayonnaise Recipe
- 1 egg (yolk and white)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
- 200-250 ml oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparing Mayonnaise
Notes:
- Mayonnaise can only be prepared with whole eggs (white and yolk) using the mixing foot.
- When preparing mayonnaise, air under the mixing foot can prevent proper emulsification. For optimal results, allow air to escape before starting to mix. (Refer to Figure 18-22)
Universal Chopper
Use the universal chopper for chopping raw foods without adding liquid, such as onions, garlic, or herbs.
Operation
General Operation
- Always use identical attachments in pairs.
- Pay attention to the shape of the plastic parts on the attachments to avoid mixing them up!
- Insert attachments one by one and gradually to prevent them from getting jammed. (Refer to Figure 2-9)
Using the Mixer
Whisking/Kneading:
- Insert the desired attachments (whisk or dough hooks) into the appliance.
- Place the appliance into the bowl with ingredients.
- Select the desired speed setting (1-5) or use the pulse function (M).
- After use, switch off the appliance and press the release button to remove attachments.
Using the Mixing Foot:
- Attach the mixing foot to the appliance.
- Place the mixing foot into the food to be processed.
- Select the desired speed setting (1-5) or use the pulse function (M).
- After use, switch off the appliance and detach the mixing foot.
Using the Universal Chopper:
- Assemble the chopper with the blade and container.
- Add ingredients.
- Attach the chopper to the appliance.
- Process using the pulse function (M).
- After use, detach the chopper and carefully remove the lid and blade.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean individual parts according to the table provided. (Refer to Figure 24)
General Cleaning:
- Wipe the appliance housing with a damp cloth.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp objects.
Dishwasher Safe:
The following parts are dishwasher safe:
- Whisks
- Dough Hooks
- Mixing Foot
- Universal Chopper (container and blade)
Note: The plastic mixing bowl (if included) is not dishwasher safe.
Storage
Never wrap the cable around the appliance! (Refer to Figure 23)
Store the appliance and its accessories in a dry place.
Disposal of Old Appliances
Dispose of the appliance ecologically.
