STEP 1 EN Remove the plastic cap. DE Den Stopfen entfernen. FR Retirez le capuchon en plastique. ES Retire la tapa de plástico. STEP 2 EN Turn the machine and remove the abrasive. DE Die Maschine umdrehen und das Schleifmittel abnehmen. FR Retournez la machine et retirez l'abrasif. ES Gire la máquina y retire el abrasivo. STEP 3 EN Remove the center screw. DE Die mittlere Schraube entfernen. FR Retirez la vis centrale. ES Retire el tornillo central. 3 | BONA SERVICE KIT - SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS STEP 4 EN Insert the blocking tool into the hole on the machine arm. Rotate the disc until the tool slides into place. DE Zum Blockieren des Schleiftellers einen Blockierstift in das Loch im Maschinenvorsatz einführen. Dafür die Scheibe drehen, bis der Stift von selbst hineinrutscht. FR Insérez l'outil de blocage dans l'orifice du bras de la machine. Faites tourner le disque jusqu'à ce que l'outil soit bien en place. ES Inserte la herramienta de bloqueo en el orificio del brazo de la máquina. Gire el disco hasta que la herramienta entre en su sitio. STEP 5 EN Hold the blocking tool steady while turning the sanding disc counter clockwise. DE Den Blockierstift festhalten, während die Schleifscheibe gegen den Uhrzeigersinn gedreht wird. DE Alle Schrauben von der Riemenschutzplatte ab- nehmen. FR Retirez toutes les vis de la plaque de protection de la courroie. ES Retire todos los tornillos de la placa de protección de la correa. STEP 8 EN Remove the blocking tool on the back side. DE Den Blockierstift auf der Oberseite herausziehen. FR Retirez l'outil de blocage de l'arrière de la machine. ES Retire la herramienta de bloqueo de la parte tras- era. STEP 9 EN Rotate the pulley until you see the 3 screws. DE Die Riemenscheibe drehen, bis 3 Schrauben zu sehen sind. FR Faites tourner la poulie jusqu'à ce que les trois vis soient visibles. ES Gire la polea hasta que vea los 3 tornillos. 5 | BONA SERVICE KIT - SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS STEP 10 EN Remove the 3 screws. STEP 11 EN Remove the pulley by inserting the blocking tool into the hole on the machine arm and gently knock it with a hammer. DE Den Blockierstift wieder in das Loch im Maschinenvorsatz einführen und mit einem Hammer leicht darauf schlagen, um die Riemenscheibe zu lösen. FR Retirez la poulie en insérant l'outil de blocage dans l'orifice du bras de la machine et en frappant doucement avec un marteau. ES Retire la polea insertando la herramienta de bloqueo en el orificio del brazo de la máquina y golpéela suavemente con un mazo. STEP 12 EN Replace the old belt with a new one. DE Den alten Riemen durch einen neuen ersetzen. FR Remplacez l'ancienne courroie. ES Sustituya la correa antigua por una nueva. 6 | BONA SERVICE KIT - SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS STEP 13 EN Install the new pulley. DE Eine neue Riemenscheibe einsetzen. FR Installez la nouvelle poulie. ES Instale la polea nueva. STEP 14 EN Make sure that you place the pulley in the right position by using the blocking tool to fixate it. DE Auf die richtige Positionierung der Riemenscheibe achten, indem sie durch Einstecken des Blockierstifts fixiert wird. FR Veillez à positionner correctement la poulie, en vous aidant de l'outil de blocage pour la fixer. ES Asegúrese de colocar la polea en la posición correcta utilizando la herramienta de bloqueo para fijarla. STEP 15 EN Rotate the pulley until you see the screw holes and put the screws back in place. DE Die Riemenscheibe drehen, bis die Schraublöcher sichtbar sind und die Schrauben wieder eindrehen. FR Remettez la protection de la courroie en place. ES Vuelva a colocar la protección de la correa. STEP 18 EN Hold the blocking tool steady while screwing the sanding disc back in place. DE Den Blockierstift festhalten, während die Schleifscheibe wieder festgeschraubt wird. ES Vuelva a colocar la tapa de plásti. 9 | BONA SERVICE KIT - SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO ATTACH THE DUSTBAG Tools you need: No tools needed Before starting, make sure that the machine is switched off and the power cord disconnected from the socket. STEP 1 EN Slide the dustbag over the tube. DE Den Staubsack über das Rohr ziehen. FR Faites glisser le sac à poussière sur le tube. ES Coloque la bolsa para el polvo sobre el tubo. ES A te la bolsa para el polvo utilizando las cuerdas de la bolsa. 10 | BONA SERVICE KIT - SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO CHANGE THE VELCRO DISC Tools you need: Heating gun, Knife, Pincers, White Spirit Before starting, make sure that the machine is switched off and the power cord disconnected from the socket. STEP 1 EN Heat up the velcro for approx. 20 seconds. DE Die Klettscheibe für etwa 20 s erwärmen. FR Chauffez le Velcro pendant environ 20 secondes. ES Caliente el velcro durante aproximadamente 20 segundos. STEP 2 EN Make a cut in the velcro. DE Die Klettscheibe einschneiden. FR Faites une entaille dans le Velcro. ES Haga un corte en el velcro. STEP 3 EN Remove the old velcro using a pincers. DE Die alte Klettscheibe mit einer Zange abziehen. FR Retirez l'ancien Velcro à l'aide d'une pince. ES Retire el velcro antiguo con unas tenazas. 11 | BONA SERVICE KIT - SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS STEP 4 EN Clean the disc with White Spirit to remove the residuals. DE Die Scheibe mit Terpentinersatz reinigen und alle Rückstände entfernen. FR Nettoyez le disque avec du White Spirit pour éliminer les résidus. ES Limpie el disco con aguarrás para eliminar los residuos. STEP 5 EN Place the new velcro disc on the cleaned surface. DE Die neue Klettscheibe auf der sauberen Oberfläche befestigen. FR Placez le nouveau disque Velcro sur la surface nettoyée. ES Coloque el nuevo disco de velcro sobre la superficie limpia. 12 | BONA SERVICE KIT - SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO CHANGE THE WHEEL Tools you need: Pipe wrench, Allen key, Loctite Before starting, make sure that the machine is switched off and the power cord disconnected from the socket. STEP 1 EN Loosen the bottom black handwheel. DE Das untere schwarze Handrad lösen. FR Desserrez la roulette inférieure noire. ES Afloje la rueda de mano negra inferior. STEP 2 EN Hold the top handwheel with a pipe wrench while removing the bottom screw using an Allen Key. DE Das obere Handrad mit einer Rohrzange halten, während die untere Schraube mit einem Inbusschlüssel gelöst wird. FR Retirez la vis inférieure à l'aide d'une clé Allen tout en maintenant la roulette supérieure avec une pince. ES Sujete la rueda de mano superior con una llave de tubo mientras retira el tornillo inferior con una llave allen STEP 3 EN Remove the screw and nut from the old wheel and mount it on the new wheel. DE Schraube und Mutter vom alten Rad abnehmen und an das neue Rad montieren. FR Retirez la vis et l'écrou de l'ancienne roulette et montez-les sur la nouvelle. ES Retire el tornillo y la tuerca de la rueda antigua y móntelos sobre la rueda nueva. 13 | BONA SERVICE KIT - SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS STEP 4 EN Reinstall the new wheel and the bottom handwheel. DE Das neue Rad und das untere Handrad wieder anbauen. FR Installez la nouvelle roulette et la roulette inférieure. ES Vuelva a instalar la rueda nueva y la rueda de mano inferior. STEP 5 EN Use Loctite to secure the top handwheel. DE Mit Loctite das obere Handrad sichern. FR Fixez la roulette supérieure avec de la colle Loctite. ES Utilice Loctite para fijar la rueda de mano superior. STEP 6 EN Adjust the height of the wheel by adjusting the nut. DE Die Höhe des Rads durch Verstellen der Mutter anpassen. FR Ajustez l'écrou pour régler la hauteur de la roulette. ES Ajuste la altura de la rueda ajustando la tuerca. 14 | BONA SERVICE KIT - SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS
