Holiday HQ: Kids Fest Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This competition is open to:

• All enrolled parents whose child(ren) attend OSHClub, Helping Hands Network and Primary OSHCare
• Residents of Australia in the states/territories of ACT, NSW, QLD, VIC and WA
• Families who meet the entry conditions.

Employees of Junior Adventure Group and subsidiaries, their immediate family members, and anyone else connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Conditions

Parents who meet the entry conditions will be automatically entered into the Holiday HQ: Kids Fest Competition. Families who make a booking for Holiday HQ during the applicable dates will be automatically entered into the competition draw. No promo code is required.

Conditions:

• A parent's child(ren) must attend at least 1 session of the Holiday HQ Holiday Program.
• The child must attend the session:
  • Between Monday 22 September – Friday 10 October 2025
  • For every date attended, an additional entry into the draw will be counted.
• Sessions attended during term time or for a pupil free day are not eligible for this competition.
• Bookings made within the competition period but subsequently cancelled are not deemed as an attended session.
• Attendances before Monday 22 September 2025 or after Friday 10 October 2025 are not eligible for this competition.
• If a child cannot attend their session during the competition and is marked absent, this session will not be eligible. The booking will be marked absent, and the regular gap fee will apply.
• Any bookings made during the competition period are subject to regular Booking Terms and Conditions.

3. Prizes

Four families will win one Zone Bowling or Timezone Ultimate Kids Day Out Party Gift Certificate, valued at $1,000.

Prize Details:

• Four Zone Bowling or Timezone gift certificates worth $1,000 will be available for four families to win, one per state (NSW & ACT (combined), VIC, WA and QLD).
• The gift card is valid until 31 December 2026.
• The prize is a digital Zone Bowling or Timezone gift certificate.
• Gift certificates will be emailed to the winners.
• Total prize value is $4,000.00 Australian dollars across all states.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Winners can choose which Zone Bowling, Timezone, or dual brand venue they wish to redeem the gift certificate at.
• Standard party package inclusions for each brand are as follows, but winners can choose any add-ons up to the value of $1,000 INC GST.

• Dedicated Party Host
• Party Area (45 minutes)
• 2 Activities (Bowling and Laser Tag)
• 30 Mins of Arcade Time Play (red / yellow swipes)
• Kids Meal per child (Hot Dog or chicken nugget meal w fries & Drink)
• 400 Power Tickets for each child
• 1,200 Power Tickets for birthday child
• Power Card & Lanyard per child

Dual Brand Parties Include:

• Dedicated Party Host
• Party Area (45 minutes)
• 1 Activity (Bowling or Laser Tag)
• 45 Mins of Arcade Time Play (red / yellow swipes)
• Kids Meal per child (Hot Dog or chicken nugget meal w fries & Drink)
• 400 Power Tickets for each child
• 1,200 Power Tickets for birthday child
• Power Card & Lanyard per child

Timezone Parties Include:

• Dedicated Party Host
• Party Area (45 minutes)
• Arcade Time Play 1.5 Hours (red / yellow swipes)
• 2 Claw Games
• 400 Power Tickets per child
• 1200 Power Tickets for the birthday child
• Power card & Lanyard per child

4. How to Enter

Any parents who make a booking that meets the competition entry conditions will be automatically entered into the competition. For every date attended, an additional entry into the draw will be counted. Bookings can be made through your Kidsoft App or our Parent Portal on the website.

5. Winner Selection

The winner selection process is as follows:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received using a digital tool.
• The drawing of winners will take place on Monday 13 October 2025 at 3pm.
• The draw will take place at Junior Adventures Group, Suite 2, Level 1, 1183 Toorak Road, Camberwell, VIC 3124.
• Winners will be notified via phone call and email on Tuesday 14 October 2025 using the details provided in the Parent Portal.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the right to select another winner is reserved.
• In the case where the winner does not respond, another winner will be redrawn on Monday 20 October at 3pm.
• Winners will also be published on the website.

6. General Conditions

OSHClub, Helping Hands Network and Primary OSHCare reserve the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the local state legislation and acts.
