Product Details
The SmallRig HPS99 Power Bank is a portable power solution. Its physical layout and features are as follows:
- Top: Features a 1/4"-20 Screw and a QD Socket for quick release.
- Body: Houses the main components, including USB-C ports, a display screen, and a lanyard hole.
- Ports:
- USB-C1: Input/Output, 100W (Max), supports PD 3.0, PPS, QC.
- USB-C2: Input/Output, 65W (Max), supports PD 3.0, PPS, QC.
- D-Tap: Input/Output port.
- Bottom: Features a 1/4"-20 Threaded Hole for mounting.
- Display Screen: Shows battery level, charging/discharge status, port status, remaining time, and operating temperature.
- Button: Used for screen activation/deactivation and switching display modes.

Button and Screen Display Functions
Button Operations:
- Single-click: Wake Up / Turn Off the Screen.
- Double-click: Switch between Power and Voltage Display.
Main Interface Display:
Shows battery level, charging/discharge status, full unit working status, port working status, remaining charging/discharging time, and operating temperature.
Status Indicators:
- Fast Charging: [Fast Charging]

Protection Measures:
To release protection:
- For overcurrent, overvoltage, or cessation of charging/discharging, disconnect the device and wait at least one minute to reset.
- For temperature protection, remove the device and place it within the operating temperature range to reset (Charging temperature < 40°C, Discharging temperature -15°C to 60°C).
Service & Warranty
Please keep your original receipt and guarantee card, including purchase date and product serial number, for warranty service.
After-sale Warranty Terms:
- Electronic products (except V mount battery): 1-year warranty.
- V mount battery: 2-year warranty.
- Non-electronic products: 2-year warranty.
Note: In case of conflict with local laws, local laws prevail.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Failure to adhere to "Operating Instruction" or "Warnings".
- Product identification or SN label removed or defaced.
- Product damage not attributable to quality (e.g., improper use).
- Damage from unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair.
- Damage from force majeure factors (fire, flood, lightning).
Warranty Mode:
SmallRig will repair or replace products within the warranty scope based on specific failures. Repaired/replaced items are entitled to the remaining part of the original warranty period.

Warnings and Certifications
Warnings:
- Do not disassemble, impact, squeeze, or throw into fire.
- Do not continue to use if severe swelling occurs.
- Do not place in high temperature, humid, or corrosive environment.
