Promotion Overview
Instructions on how to claim and the offer form part of these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Breville Mother's Day Espresso Promotion ("Promotion") is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Claims must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
Promoter: BREVILLE PTY LIMITED ABN 98 000 092 928, 2/170-180 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW 2015.
Promotional Period: 9:00 am (AEST) on Thursday, 1 April 2021, to 11:59 pm (AEST) on Monday, 31 May 2021. The Promoter may extend this period.
Claim Submission Deadline: 11:59 pm (AEST) on Monday, 14 June 2021.
Promotional Gift: One of three possible gift packs: 'Gift Pack 1', 'Gift Pack 2', or 'Gift Pack 3'.
Redemption Requirements:
- Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retail Store.
- Satisfy other eligibility and claim requirements.
Limit: One (1) Gift Pack per household. Gifts are not redeemable for cash.
Definitions
- "Immediate Family Member"
- Spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or first cousin.
- "Participating Product"
- Any Breville product listed in the table below by model name and number, supplied by Breville in Australia and sold directly by Breville or by a Participating Retail Store.

Exclusions: Breville model BES920 (The Dual Boiler™) is NOT eligible unless purchased as part of model numbers BEP920BSS or BEP920BKS (the Dynamic Duo™).
- "Participating Retail Store"
- Any Australian retail store authorised by Breville to sell Participating Products and invited by the Promoter. Examples include: Appliances Online, Amazon, Betta Electrical, Big W, Bing Lee, Breville.com.au, David Jones, Harvey Norman, House, Joyce Mayne, JB Hi-Fi, Myer, Target, The Good Guys, Williams Sonoma, and Appliances online.
- "Proof of Purchase"
- An original tax invoice clearly confirming a Purchase, specifying:
- The Participating Product purchased.
- The price paid.
- The Participating Retail Store.
- The date of Purchase during the Promotional Period.
- "Proof of Model Number"
- Proof of the model number of a Participating Product by Breville.
- "Purchase"
- Making full and final payment for a Participating Product during the Promotional Period, or entering a final and binding finance agreement. Does not include laybys unless final payment is made during the period. Afterpay and Zippay transactions are not considered Purchases unless payment is made in full.
Privacy
Claims remain the property of Breville. Personal information is collected to conduct the Promotion and may be disclosed to third parties (agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers, regulatory authorities). Breville and its agents may use this information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes indefinitely. Claimants acknowledge this collection and disclosure. Eligibility and Claims
To be eligible, claimants must:
- Be an Australian resident with an Australian residential and postal address.
- Be 18 years or older, or have parental/legal guardian consent if under 18.
- Not be an employee of the Promoter, a Participating Retail Store, or associated agency, or an Immediate Family Member of such a person.
- Be the end-user of the Participating Product (for own use, not commercial purposes, re-sale, etc.).
- Make a Purchase and retain the original Proof of Purchase.
- Visit promotions.breville.com.au by 14 June 2021 and follow prompts, which may include:
- Retaining original packaging and Proof of Purchase.
- Completing the Online Claim Form with full name, contact number, email, residential address, and a scanned copy/photograph of the Proof of Purchase.
The Promoter and associated agencies are not responsible for lost, stolen, late, damaged, or misdirected claims. Claimants must ensure all personal details are correct.
Validation of Claims
The Promoter will validate the Proof of Model Number and Proof of Purchase.
Upon successful validation, the claimant will be notified via email.
Gift Pack Details
Each validated claimant receives a Gift Pack based on the Promotional Product purchased. Gift Packs are delivered by a third party and are subject to delivery delays.

Gift Pack 3 (Valued at RRP$52)
For purchases of: Bambino Plus (BES500) or Bambino (BES450).
- 1 Month of Veneziano Crave Blend Coffee Beans (4 x 250g bags, 4 bags total)
Delivery: No delivery fee within Australia. Change of delivery address requires 7 days' notice to breville@campaign.net.au. Breville is not liable for deliveries dispatched before address changes are notified. Claimants cannot delay or change delivery aspects.
Delivery Timeframe: Breville will endeavour to arrange Gift Pack delivery within 28 business days of notification email.
Substitutions: If a Gift Pack or element becomes unavailable, Breville may substitute with an item of equal or greater value at its discretion.
Invalid Claims
If a claimant provides invalid Proof of Model Number and/or Proof of Purchase, they will be notified via email and given fourteen (14) calendar days after the notification to provide valid proof.
Claims may be invalidated if valid proof is not provided within this timeframe.
Breville may verify claims and disqualify claimants who do not comply with Terms and Conditions or tamper with the process. Decisions are final.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims are invalid. Claimants are responsible for providing correct contact details.
If a Participating Product is returned for refund/exchange, the claim is disqualified.
General
Costs: All costs associated with the Promotion and claims are the claimant's responsibility, including taxes (excluding GST) and ancillary costs.
Web Services: Breville does not guarantee web service availability and is not responsible for interruptions affecting participation.
Liability Exclusion: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breville (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes liability for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the Promotion, including technical difficulties, acts/omissions, theft, interference, lost/damaged documentation, or claimant tax liabilities.
Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) ("CCA"). Breville's liability for breach of statutory guarantees is limited to replacing, repairing, or paying for goods/services.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Claimants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
