Follow these steps to safely wire your Smart Wi-Fi Light Switch.

  1. Step 1: Prepare Wiring

Turn off the [Circuit Breaker]. Remove the old wallplate from the wall switch and label the wires.

    Wire Identification:

    • Ground: Usually green or copper.
    • Neutral: Usually white, not connected to the old switch.
    • Line/Load: Usually black, connected to the old switch.

If you are unsure, consult a qualified electrician.

  2. Step 2: Disconnect Old Switch

Disconnect wires from the old switch.

Note: No need to distinguish between Line and Load wires for the new switch.

  3. Step 3: Connect Smart Switch Wires

Connect the wires to the smart switch according to the wiring diagram. Typically, you will connect the Ground, Neutral, and Line/Load wires to their respective terminals on the smart switch.

  4. Step 4: Mount the Switch

Line up the switch with the mounting holes in the electrical box. Secure the switch using [Screws].

  5. Step 5: Complete Installation
