Step 1: Connection
Connect the Shine WiFi module to the inverter's WiFi/GPRS port.
Step 2: Status Check
Turn on the inverter. Observe the LED indicators on the Shine WiFi module to confirm communication status:
- Red LED flashing: Inverter and Shine WiFi communication is normal.
- Green LED flashing: Shine WiFi, inverter, and router communication is established.
- Blue LED flashing: Shine WiFi, inverter, router, and ShineServer communication is successful.
Step 3: Registration and Device Addition
Download and install the ShinePhone app from your mobile app store. Follow these steps:
- Connect your mobile phone to the same WiFi network the Shine WiFi module will use. Ensure the router name uses English letters and numbers only and is securely encrypted.
- Open the ShinePhone app and register a new account or log in.
- Select your country and city.
- Fill in the required user information and proceed to the "Add datalogger" page.
- Scan the Shine WiFi module's barcode or enter its serial number (SN) and checkcode.
- Configure your home WiFi network name (SSID) and password.
- Upon successful configuration, the blue LED on the Shine WiFi module will flash, indicating connection to the Growatt ShineServer.

Step 4: Reset to Factory Settings
If your home router details change (password or network), reset the Shine WiFi module. Remove the rubber plug and press the KEY button for 6 seconds until all LEDs light up. Then, reconfigure the module through the ShinePhone app.
Troubleshooting
Refer to the table below for common LED states and their corresponding indications and troubleshooting steps.

Appendix A: Shine WiFi KEY Button Description
Details on the function of the KEY button for different operations:
- Power on, press KEY button: ShineWiFi enters AP mode (debug mode).
- In AP mode, press KEY button: Quit AP mode.
- Long press KEY button for >6 sec: Reset ShineWiFi to Factory settings.
