FLEX L 26-6 230 Angle Grinder Parts Diagram

This document provides an exploded view and identification of the components for the FLEX L 26-6 230 angle grinder.

Main Body and Motor Assembly

The main housing of the angle grinder is identified by part number 338877. The motor housing, containing the armature and field windings, is represented by part number 442887. Key components within the motor assembly include the armature (442879), field coil (442887), and ventilation components.

The gearbox housing is connected to the motor housing. Various screws and fasteners, such as 338877 and 442879, are used to assemble these sections.

Gearbox and Spindle Assembly

The gearbox assembly includes the main gear (339032), bearings (e.g., 339016, 443751), and the spindle (442801). The spindle is secured by a nut and washer assembly (396583, 396559).

The guard assembly (442828) is attached to the gearbox housing to protect the user. The flange and clamping nut (335282, 534344) secure the cutting disc to the spindle.

Handle and Switch Assembly

An auxiliary handle (461970) is provided for better control and can be attached to the gearbox housing. The switch assembly, including the trigger switch (340022) and possibly a lock-on button (443166), is located within the main housing.

The power cord (187925) connects to the switch and motor assembly, with strain relief provided by part 279554.

Other Components

Various other parts are depicted, including internal electronic components (e.g., 443123, 443131, 443867), protective covers (e.g., 442895), and fasteners.

Lubrication is recommended, with grease supplied in containers labeled '20 g Gear Grease' (402648).
