It is prohibited to use non-specialized power supply as it may result in malfunctions due to incompatible power supply. If you notice any damage on the power cord, please immediately discontinue its usage and notify the relevant post-purchase service department. This Terminal is an electrical appliance; do not expose it to liquid substances or allow conductive objects such as pins, thumbtacks, wires, etc., to fall into it as this may lead to short circuits and damage the product. Terminal Debugging and Trial Operation 1. Check if the Terminal is receiving proper power supply. When powered on correctly, a red light will appear below the main screen indicating the power status. 2. Ensure that all communication cables and SIM cards (if required) are properly installed. 3. Press the power button and observe if the Terminal starts up normally. Once started, a blue light will indicate that it is powered on successfully. If pressing and holding the 18 / 26 power button does not elicit any response from the Terminal, please refer to Chapter 7 "Common Troubleshooting" for assistance. 4. After completing Terminal installation, kindly ask users to perform a trial run to ensure successful installation of the Terminal. 6Usage of Terminal Basic Operation of Power on/off the Terminal Power on: Make sure that the power adapter is connected and powered on correctly. At this time, the power icon will light up in red. Press and hold the 'Power' button for a long time (about 3 seconds) before releasing it. The power icon will then turn blue, the main display screen will light up, and the startup welcome screen will appear. Use other Terminals like a mobile phone to check for WIFI signal coverage in current position. 4 Verify if the wireless router is correctly configured, ensuring that its working/encryption mode matches with the Terminal, and there are no special security or firewall settings interfering. 5 If the problem persists, please contact customer service for professional assistance. 22 / 26 8Usage Precautions Do not use the TerminalTerminal in harsh environments such as direct sunlight, high temperatures, humidity, or excessive dust. For cleaning the Terminal, dampen a clean cloth with a few drops of neutral detergent and avoid using wet cloths. For stubborn stains, alcohol or alcohol-based cleaners can be used. Do not use diluent, trichloroethylene or ketone solvents as these chemicals can damage plastic or rubber components. Avoid spraying cleaning agents or other solutions directly onto the Terminal display screen. Do not plug or unplug any components (except for USB ports, Ethernet ports, and headphone jacks) while they are powered on as it may damage interface Terminals. Do not hot-swap SIM cards, MicroSD cards, etc. After each day's business operations end, please remember to shut down the Terminal. Terminal should be managed by designated personnel and unfamiliar individuals should not operate it. If any of the following abnormal phenomena occur during operation,immediately stop operating it, cut off power supply and promptly report to service provider. 1) hearing sharp noises during operation; 2) accidentally allowing impurities or water into the machine; 3) emitting unpleasant odors during operation ************************************************************************************** Please note that the Terminal should be protected from water and dust, therefore it is only intended for indoor use. During handling, utmost care must be taken to prevent dropping or throwing. Measures should be implemented during transportation to avoid compression and packaging damage.
