About the WisMesh Tag
The WisMesh Tag is your super-slim go-to device for ready-to-use and long-lasting connectivity. It is ideal for users seeking a hassle-free Meshtastic node. This device is powered by the efficient MCU Nordic nRF52840, a top performer on the Meshtastic Community Approval list.
Its integrated location tracking and acceleration sensors can provide accurate location data while hiking or traveling. Its unique slim enclosure with rubber-style protection makes it weatherproof.

Setup Steps
Step 1: Power & Connect
Attach the magnetic end of the USB cable to the Tag and connect the other end to a PC or adapter. The device powers on automatically when charging or configuring.

Step 2: Manual Power On
When the device is unplugged and off, press and hold the front center button for 5 seconds until you hear a beep — the device will power on.
Front Button Functions:
- Long press (5s) - Power ON/OFF
- Single press - Disable LED and buzzer notifications
Rear Button (top-left) Functions:
- Single press - Reset
- Double press - Enter DFU mode

Step 3: Pair with App
Open the Meshtastic App.

Step 4: Set Region
Select your region in the app.

Step 5: Go Wireless
Unplug the cable — your WisMesh Tag is ready to use!

LED Lighting Indications
- RED: Charging
- GREEN (solid): Powered on
- GREEN (breathing): BLE DFU mode
- GREEN (blinking): MCU activity
- BLUE: New message received
