Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: What devices can the G300 power?
- A: The G300 can power devices that consume less than 300 Watts. Please check your device's operating power before use.
- Q: How long can it power my devices?
- A: Working time can be estimated by: Fully charged 260Wh * 0.85 / operating power of your device. For example, a 30W device would run for approximately 7 hours (260Wh * 0.85 / 30W).
- Q: Can I charge the power station while it is supplying power?
- A: Yes, it supports pass-through charging. However, for safety reasons, AC outputs will not function while the unit is being charged.
- Q: What kind of solar panel can I use with this power bank?
- A: This unit accepts 12V-25V DC input with a 5.5x2.1mm DC connector. A 100W+ solar panel is recommended. Charging time depends on sunlight intensity and panel power.
Troubleshooting Guide
- Q1: Why can't I charge my devices via the DC Output, USB Output, or AC Output?
-
- Ensure the Power Button has been pressed to turn on the respective outputs.
- Verify the power station has sufficient charge.
- Confirm the device's power requirement is within the 300W limit.
- Q2: Why the AC adapter cannot charge the power station?
-
- Check if the adapter's indicator light is on.
- Inspect the adapter for any abnormal signs like excessive heat or noise.
- Try charging with alternative methods (car charger or solar panel). If other methods work, the adapter may be faulty. If none work, contact support.
- Q3: Is this power station allowed on airplanes?
- A: No. According to international regulations, lithium-ion batteries over 100Wh are forbidden on airplanes. The SinKeu G300, with 260Wh, is not permitted for air transport.
- Q4: Why is the fan still working when the power station is off?
- A: The fan operates as a built-in cooling function and may continue running even when the unit is off until the internal temperature returns to a normal level.
Operation Guide
