DocumentDocumentMANUAL STORAGE REELS INSTRUCTIONS FOR THERMAL POOL COVERS HOW TO UNROLL COVERS ONTO A POOL 1- Unstrap sunguard cover (if applicable). 2- Unlock brakes on reels and move into desired position on the pool deck. 3- Lock the brakes to prevent unwanted movement. BREAKS BUNGEES 4- Unstrap bungees that go around the reels. 5- Grab or attach lead line rope and slowly walk down the side of the pool until cover is fully unreeled. Have someone at the reel controlling the unreeling so as to not put too much pressure on the cover by dragging it if there is any resistance felt. MANUAL STORAGE REELS INSTRUCTIONS 6- Grab the dowel on the back end of the cover that is either connected directly to the reel or to a second cover still on the reel. 7- With a person at both ends of the pool move and line up the cover to its desired location. TWO OPTIONS 8A- Keep the reel in one place, unreel the covers and then horizontally shift the covers across the pool until the final cover is unreeled in place in front of the reel.
