Safety Guidelines
- Keep clean and store the bottle with the lid off. ?️

- Do not carbonate milk based products. ? Milk
- Do not put ice in the bottle. ? Ice

- Never clean the bottle in the dishwasher. ? Dishwasher
- Do not leave the InFizz™ Aqua and/or the bottle in direct sunlight or too close to a window. ? Direct Sunlight

Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Canister Safety
To reduce the risk of a CO2 leak, personal injury and property damage:
- In the event of a CO2 leak, ventilate the area, breathe fresh air and if feeling unwell seek immediate medical attention.
- Do not insert a CO2 Canister into the InFizz™ Aqua when a bottle is installed.
- Do not remove a CO2 Canister from the InFizz™ Aqua when it is being operated.
- Do not remove bottle during carbonation.
- Do not handle or remove a CO2 Canister while it is discharging CO2.
- Do not use if damaged. Inspect the CO2 Canister and CO2 Canister valve prior to use for dents, punctures, or other damage. If damaged, contact an authorised service representative.
- Do not tamper with the CO2 Canister in any way, including puncturing, incinerating or removing the valve.
- Do not expose the CO2 Canister to heat above 120°F / 50°C. Protect from sunlight. Store in a well-ventilated area.
Components
The Breville InFizz™ Aqua includes the following components:
- A. Carbonating lever: Used to carbonate water.
- B. Tilt head with ring pull: Allows access to attach/detach the bottle.
- C. Gas cylinder compartment: Houses the CO2 canister.
- D. Flat surface safety switch: Ensures the unit is on a stable, flat surface before operation.
- E. Removable drip tray cover (hand wash only): Catches spills.
- F. Drip tray: Collects excess liquid.
Accessories
The InFizz™ Aqua comes with the following accessories:
- 1. 1 L bottle: For carbonating water (hand wash only).
- 2. Bottle brush: For cleaning the bottle.
NOTE: A 0.6 L Bottle is also available and sold separately.
1. Before First Use - Care & Cleaning
- Step 1.1: Do not tilt the unit when inserting or removing the bottle. Ensure the bottle is securely locked into place. ❌ ✔️
- Step 1.2: Do not immerse the unit in water. Clean the unit with a damp cloth. ❌
- Step 1.3: Do not use hot water (above 40°C) for cleaning. ❌
- Step 1.4: Clean the bottle and cap with warm water (max 40°C) and mild detergent. Use the bottle brush for thorough cleaning.
- Step 1.5: Rinse the bottle thoroughly.
- Step 1.6: Ensure the bottle is properly attached and locked before carbonating. ✔️
- Step 1.7: Keep clean and store the bottle with the lid off. Check expiry date (XX/XXXX). ?️ ?
2. Gas Canister Placement
- Step 2.1: Ensure you are using a Screw Type CO2 canister. Quick Connect Type canisters are not compatible. [Screw Type Icon] vs [Quick Connect Type Icon]
- Steps 2.2-2.3: Insert the CO2 canister into the compartment and gently turn clockwise until screwed in. ?
3. Carbonating Water
- Step 3.1: Fill the bottle with cold water (1°C - 8°C) between the MIN and MAX lines. ?❄️
- Step 3.2: Attach the bottle securely to the unit. Ensure the unit is on a stable, flat surface. ✔️
- Step 3.3: Press the carbonating lever down. It will click and lock. ?
- Step 3.4: The duration and number of lever presses determine the carbonation level. A 'popping' sound indicates ideal carbonation. ?
- Step 3.5: Release the lever slowly to release pressure. ?
- Step 3.6: Carefully remove the bottle.
4. Troubleshooting
PROBLEM | POSSIBLE CAUSES | EASY SOLUTIONS |

Small pieces of ice in the bottle. | Small pieces of ice may appear and quickly melt in the bottle while carbonating. | Shorten each press so the efficiency of carbonation is not affected. |
Little or no carbonation. | CO2 canister may be near empty or empty. NOTE: Cold water also maximises carbonation. | Replace the canister with a full one. Check the CO2 canister is properly screwed into place. |
