First Time Use
To activate the earphones for the first time, place them inside the charging box. The earphone indicator light will turn red.
Power On & Off
When you remove the earphones from the charging box, they will automatically turn on and connect.
When you place the earphones back into the charging box, they will automatically turn off and begin charging.
Connect: Phone Pairing Guide
To connect the earphones to your phone:
- Take out both earphones from the charging box. They will automatically power on and connect to each other. The left earphone indicator will flash red and blue.
- Open the Bluetooth function menu on your mobile phone. Search for devices and select "MS-T20" to pair and connect. You will hear a "Connected" prompt when the connection is successful.
Note: You have approximately 3 minutes to connect the earphones to your phone. If the connection is not made within this time, the earphones will exit pairing mode. To re-enter pairing mode, place the earphones back into the charging box and then take them out again.
Charging
When the earphones are placed inside the charging box, the charging box automatically charges the earphones. The earphone indicator lights will turn off when fully charged.
Plug the charging cable into the charger interface to charge the charging box and the earphones. The indicator light on the charging box will illuminate during charging.
Custom Wear
To ensure optimal fit and charging performance:
- Choose a suitable pair of earmuffs and ear braces.
- Install the earmuffs and ear braces correctly. Incorrect installation may prevent the charging box from charging the earphones.
Earphone Connect: Pairing Guide
Single Ear Use:
Take out a single earphone from the charging box. After powering on, the indicator light will flash red and blue, and the earphone will automatically enter search mode. Open the Bluetooth function menu on your phone, search for devices, select "MS-T20", and click to pair and connect. You will hear a "Connected" prompt upon successful connection.
Left/Right Ear Pairing:
- Place both earphones back into the charging box, then remove them simultaneously.
- The earphones will automatically power on.
- The left and right earphones will pair automatically without any user intervention. After successful binaural pairing, the indicator light on one earphone will flash red and blue.
- If you do not hear the "Connected" prompt, please repeat the above steps.
- Auto-reconnection: The earphones only need to be paired once. After the initial pairing, they will automatically reconnect to each other and to your phone when turned on, accompanied by "Connected" prompts.

- Q: Earphones do not auto-reconnect, and one ear has no sound.

- Q: Do I need to re-pair every time I turn on the earphones?
- No, after the first successful pairing, the earphones will automatically reconnect to your phone when taken out of the charging box.
- Q: The other party hears my voice faintly during calls. Is this a quality issue?
- This product features waterproof earphones, and the microphone has undergone corresponding waterproof measures. This may result in slightly lower call volume, which is a normal phenomenon.
- Q: How should I operate if I want to use only one earphone?
- Please refer to the "Single Ear Use" section for detailed instructions. Additionally, our earphones are True Wireless Stereo Bluetooth headphones, designed for stereo sound, not mono. We do not recommend using them individually, as it may lead to disconnections and require re-pairing.
