Bluetooth® Mesh ADK 8.1.0.0 Release Notes

Release Date: August 6, 2025

Bluetooth Mesh is a topology for Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) devices enabling many-to-many (m:m) communication. It is optimized for large-scale device networks, suitable for building automation, sensor networks, and asset tracking. Silicon Labs' software and SDK support Bluetooth Mesh and Bluetooth 5 functionality, allowing developers to integrate mesh networking into LE devices like connected lights, home automation, and asset tracking systems. The software also supports Bluetooth beaconing, beacon scanning, and GATT connections, facilitating connectivity with smartphones, tablets, and other Bluetooth LE devices.
