Installation
Method 1: Using Mounting Brackets
- Select a suitable location on your bicycle or motorcycle frame.
- Attach the mounting bracket to the frame using the provided screws.
- Secure the alarm unit onto the bracket.
Method 2: Using Cable Tie
- Wrap the cable tie around the frame and through the designated slots on the alarm unit.
- Tighten the cable tie securely.
Note: Ensure the alarm is mounted firmly to prevent dislodging during movement.
Operation
Arming the Alarm:
- Press the lock button ? on the remote control. The alarm will emit a beep, indicating it is armed.
Disarming the Alarm:
- Press the unlock button ? on the remote control. The alarm will emit two beeps, indicating it is disarmed.
Adjusting Sensitivity:
- Press and hold the lock button ? for 3 seconds while the alarm is armed. The alarm will beep once for low sensitivity, twice for medium sensitivity, and three times for high sensitivity.
Emergency Function:
- In case of theft, the alarm will sound a loud siren ? when triggered by vibration.
Battery Replacement
The alarm unit uses a 9V battery. The remote control uses a 12V 23A battery.
- For the Alarm Unit: Open the battery compartment cover and replace the 9V battery.
- For the Remote Control: Slide open the back cover and replace the 12V 23A battery.
Note: Use high-quality batteries for optimal performance.
Troubleshooting
- Alarm not responding to remote: Check battery levels in both the alarm and remote. Ensure they are within range.
- False alarms: Adjust the sensitivity level to a lower setting. Ensure the alarm is securely mounted.
- Siren not sounding: Check the battery in the alarm unit.
