How to Install Clic Gear 8.0 Caddie Wheel Accessory

Step 1: Prepare the Bracket

Insert the bar and align the threaded hole with the hole in the plastic bracket. [Visual: A bar is shown being inserted into a plastic bracket, with green arrows indicating alignment points.]

Slide the bar until it aligns with the hole of the plastic handle. [Visual: The bar is further slid into the plastic bracket until it aligns with the handle's hole.]

Step 2: Secure the Bar

Thread in the screw and tighten using the allen key. [Visual: A hand uses an allen key to tighten a screw securing the bar to the bracket.]

Step 3: Attach the Bracket to the Cart

Push firmly on the corner of the bracket as shown until it snaps into place. This is a very tight fit. [Visual: A hand pushes a bracket onto the golf cart frame until it clicks.]

Now push in the other side until it snaps in. This is also a very tight fit. [Visual: The other side of the bracket is pushed into place, securing it to the cart.]

For easier attachment, you may find it helpful to position the bracket as shown. [Visual: A hand positions the bracket for a more convenient snap-in connection.]

Step 4: Secure with Zip Ties

Feed the zip tie between the two arms of the cart as shown. [Visual: A zip tie is threaded between two arms of the golf cart frame.]

Hand tighten the zip tie. [Visual: A hand tightens the zip tie manually.]

Also, hand tighten the other zip tie. [Visual: A second zip tie is hand-tightened.]

Insert the zip tie through the small slot of the red tensioner tool. Using only the two longer arms of the tool, tighten the zip tie. [Visual: A hand uses a red tensioner tool to tighten a zip tie, engaging the tool's longer arms.]

Using the small arm of the tensioner tool, snip off the excess of the zip tie. [Visual: The red tensioner tool is used to cut off the excess length of the zip tie.]

Ensure that the head of the zip tie on the right side is positioned in the middle, as shown, so it does not interfere with the closing of the cart. Repeat this step for the right side. [Visual: A close-up shows the zip tie head positioned correctly on the right side, with a green arrow indicating the middle position. The instruction "Repeat for the Right Side" is noted.]

Step 5: Attach the Velcro Strap

Feed the zip tie of the velcro strap through the handle. [Visual: A hand feeds a zip tie attached to a velcro strap through the cart's handle.]

Leave the zip tie very loose as shown. Do not tighten it at this stage. [Visual: The zip tie is left loose around the handle.]

Step 6: Install the Caddie Wheel

To open the rubber clips, simply pinch the two protruding arms. [Visual: A hand pinches the two protruding arms of a rubber clip to open it.]

Drop the Caddie Wheel into place, starting with the left side first. [Visual: A Caddie Wheel is being inserted into the cart, with the left side going in first.]

Lock both clips firmly to secure the wheel. [Visual: The rubber clips are closed, locking the Caddie Wheel in place.]

Step 7: Secure the Velcro Strap

Feed the velcro strap through the slot. [Visual: The velcro strap is fed through a designated slot on the cart.]

Loop it back and leave some slack. [Visual: The velcro strap is looped back, maintaining some looseness.]
