Getting Started
Follow these steps to set up your new smartwatch:
- Open the package and check its contents. The delivery includes: 1) IDW13 smart watch (with built-in lithium battery); 2) user manual ?; 3) original charging cable ?.
- Charge the watch to activate and turn it on before first use. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging contacts on the back of the watch.
- Download and install the 'veryfit' app by searching on the App Store ? or Google Play ?.
- Log in to the app and set your personal information, including step ? and weight goals.
- On the 'Device' interface, tap the '+' icon in the top right corner. Your phone will start searching. Select your smart watch name from the device list to pair ?. You can also link the device directly by scanning its QR code using the scan function.
Health
a) Watch Features
- The watch automatically records your data.
- Measure your heart rate ❤️, blood oxygen ?, and stress level ? on the watch. Alternatively, enable automatic measurement of heart rate, blood oxygen, stress level, and sleep ? via the app to track these data all day. You can manually or automatically monitor your health status continuously.
- To start an exercise ?:
- When the watch face interface is displayed, short press the physical button to access the application list. Tap the Workout ? icon to access different exercise types, then tap the icon for your chosen exercise (e.g., Outdoor Running ?️) to start.
- The watch can display up to 20 exercise types by default. In the app's 'Multi-exercise mode', you can add or delete exercise types or change their displayed order.
b) App Setup
- Start the 'veryfit' app, enable the Bluetooth ? feature, and grant GPS ? positioning permission.
- Light up the watch screen and bring it close to your phone ?.
- Click the '+' icon on the app and select the smart watch model from the search results ? to bind ?.
- Confirm the binding request ✔️ on the smart watch.
- Fill in your information and set your step goal ? on the app to complete the binding.
Basic Operations
- Wear the watch correctly: Ensure the watch is positioned at least one finger above your wrist bone, and that the sensor on the back touches your skin.
- Screen operation: The IDW13 features a full touch screen supporting short taps, swipes left/right ↔️, and swipes up/down ↕️.
- Button operation: The IDW13 has a physical button supporting 'short press' and 'long press' operations.
- Short press: Returns to the home page or pauses exercise ⏸️.
- Long press: Press for 2 seconds to turn on the watch when it is off; press to turn on Alexa ?️ when the watch is on.
Function Description
1. Watch Face ?
The watch comes with 3 watch faces by default. You can switch between them manually on the watch or through the 'veryfit' app's watch face settings. You can also customize watch faces via the app. More watch faces are available for download from the 'Watch Face Market' ?️.
2. Sports ?
- Exercise Types: Up to 20 exercise types can be displayed by default, including: Outdoor Run ?️, Indoor Run ?, Outdoor Walk ?, Indoor Walk ?, Hiking ⛰️, Outdoor Cycle ?, Indoor Cycle ?, Cricket ?, Pool Swim ?, Open Water Swim ?, Yoga ?, Rower ?, Dance ?, Elliptical ?, Workout ?️, HIIT ⚡, Functional Strength Training ?, Core Training ?️, Pilates ?, Cooldown ?. On the 'veryfit' app, you can add or delete exercise types or change their displayed order. There are a total of 100 exercise types available in the app.
- Intelligent Recognition: IDW13 supports intelligent exercise recognition, detecting if the user is running or walking. It can automatically pause exercises or provide reminders when an exercise ends. This feature can be enabled/disabled in the app.
- Exercise Summary: IDW13's exercise summary contains various data, which can be checked on the 'veryfit' app.
- Recent Records: View recent exercise records on the watch, including detailed data, and also view records on the app.
3. Application List
When the watch face interface is displayed, short press the physical button to access the application list. The list displays: Activity ?, Phone ?, Alexa ?️, Workout ?, Workout Records ?, Heart Rate ❤️, SpO2 ?, Stress ?, Sleep ?, Breathe ?️, Clock ⏰ (Alarm ?, Stopwatch ⏱️, Timer ⏳), Weather ☁️, Cycle Tracking ?, Music ?, Camera Control ?, Find phone ?, Settings ⚙️.
3.1 Alexa ?️
3.1.1 VeryFit App-Alexa
- In the app, click the Amazon Alexa area to enter the login tutorial.
- Navigate to the Amazon Alexa account login interface for binding authorization.
- After authorization, you can view operation introductions and set different languages.
- Click the logout button to exit Alexa; you can log in again anytime.
3.1.2 Watch-Alexa
- The watch has Alexa built-in. On the Listening interface, asking a question or issuing a voice command transitions it to the Thinking interface, where it provides an answer or executes the command. Currently, Alexa can be used on the watch to start the stopwatch ⏱️, set alarms ?, countdowns ⏳, and event reminders.
- A prompt appears if the request times out, voice is not recognized, the account is not logged in, the network connection is unstable, or Bluetooth ? is not connected.
3.2 Phone ?
- Add up to 10 frequent contacts via the app to call them from your watch.
- View recent call history ? on your watch and redial numbers.
- Make calls using the watch's dialer ?.
3.3 Activity ?
The watch collects and displays: Exercise/Activity/Walking data and daily goals, hourly histograms for these activities, daily Steps ? and Distance ?, Recovery Time ⏳, and Maximal Oxygen Uptake (VO2 max ?) for recent exercises. It also supports Daily Goal Setting.
3.4 Heart Rate ❤️
Manually measure heart rate ❤️ on the watch. In the app settings, enable/disable continuous heart rate monitoring or view heart data. During measurement, keep your arm and wrist still and wait patiently for completion.
3.5 SpO2 ?
Manually measure SpO2 ? on the watch. The watch also supports continuous SpO2 monitoring. In the app settings, enable/disable this function or view SpO2 data. During measurement, keep your arm and wrist still and wait patiently for completion.
3.6 Stress ?
Manually measure stress ? on the watch. The watch also supports continuous stress monitoring. In the app settings, enable/disable this function or view stress data. During measurement, keep your arm and wrist still and wait patiently for completion.
3.7 Breathe ?️
Click the Breath training icon to access this feature. Choose a duration ⏱️ to help adjust your breathing. Click 'Start' ▶️ to enter the breath training animation. Follow the vibration and animation frequency to adjust your breathing. Proper breath training can help soothe emotions.
3.8 Sleep ?
View the most recent sleep record and sleep status for each stage, including Awake (20m), Light Sleep (4h 26m), Deep Sleep (2h 39m), and REM (51m).
3.9 Clock ⏰
3.9.1 Stopwatch ⏱️
Use the watch as a stopwatch. The stopwatch includes a 'Lap' function.
3.9.2 Alarm ?
- Add, delete, or toggle alarms on the watch. Alarms can also be set via the app.
- Set alarm delay time and frequency in the app.
3.9.3 Timer ⏳
Set a timer with a preset duration on the watch. The timer will alert you upon expiration. You can also customize the timer time.
3.10 Weather ☁️
View current city weather and a three-day forecast, including today's conditions and the highest/lowest values for the next two days. Connect to the 'veryfit' app to update data and enable weather notifications.
3.11 Music ?
- When connected to the app, control your mobile music player for 'next' ▶️, 'previous' ◀️, 'play/pause' ⏸️, and 'volume' ?/?.
- This function can be enabled/disabled in the app settings.
3.12 Find Phone ?
- When connected to the app, make your phone ring.
- Click the icon to stop the ringing.
- This function can be enabled/disabled in the app settings.
3.13 Cycle Tracking ?
After enabling Cycle Tracking in the app, the watch displays options to set cycle length, reminder times, and other preferences, providing periodic reminders.
3.14 Camera Control ?
When connected to the app, manually control your phone's camera to take photos.
3.15 Settings ⚙️
- In watch settings, configure screen-on time, ringtone volume ?, and vibration.
- Watch settings also allow shutdown, restart, or reset. Resetting clears all data and unpairs the watch from your phone.
4. Reminder Module
The watch supports various reminder modes: messages, incoming calls ?, walking ?, drinking ?, exercise goals ?, and exercise center rate warnings.
5. Control Center
The control center provides quick access to functions like Do Not Disturb ?, Raise to Wake ?, screen brightness adjustment, Find My Phone ?, and flashlight ?.
