Getting Started

What's in the box

What's in this document

This manual provides quick setup guidance for your watch. Setup ensures data synchronization with the VeryFitPro app, allowing access to detailed stats, historical trends, sleep logs, and more. Once setup is complete, you can begin using the watch. The remainder of the manual details every function of the ID205L.

Setting up Your Watch

Charging your watch

Please fully charge your watch before initial use.

  1. Insert the USB plug of the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the watch until it attaches magnetically.
  3. Ensure the pins on the charging cable lock securely with the port. The connection is confirmed when the watch vibrates and the battery icon with percentage appears on the screen.

When the watch indicates low battery, connect it to a USB port with 5V-500mA. While charging, a battery progress bar is displayed on the screen, and the function button can be pressed to check the battery level. Remove the watch from the power supply once fully charged.

USB charger requirement: DC USB port (5V-500mA)

Charging time: 2-3 hours

Disassembling / Assembling Your Watch

Disassembly

  1. To remove the wristbands, turn the watch over and locate the quick-release lever.
  2. While pressing the quick-release lever inward, gently pull the wristband away from the watch to release it.

  2. While pressing the quick-release lever inward, slide the other end of the wristband into place.
  3. When both ends of the pin are inserted, release the quick-release lever.

Wearing Your Watch

All-day wear and exercise

For all-day wear when not exercising, wear the device horizontally on your wrist, about a finger's width below your wrist bone, lying flat, similar to how you would wear a traditional watch.

Tips for optimized heart rate tracking

  1. Experiment with wearing the watch higher on your wrist during exercise. Increased blood flow higher on the arm can improve the heart rate signal. Many exercises, like cycling or weightlifting, involve frequent wrist bending, which can interfere with the heart rate signal if the watch is worn too low.
  2. Avoid wearing the watch too tightly, as a tight band can restrict blood flow and affect the heart rate signal. For exercise, the watch should be snug but not constricting, slightly tighter than for all-day wear.
