Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Frame Base and Power Distribution Board
Attach the Arms (6) to the Bottom Plate (3) using Steel M3 12mm ? (x16) and Steel M3 Locknut ? (x16). Secure the Mid Plate (1) and Top Plate (2) similarly. Attach the Landing Legs (5) by sliding them up the arms until secure. Fasten the Power Distribution Board (PDB) (19) to the frame using Plastic Standoffs (x4), orienting it as shown in the diagram.

Step 2: Motors and ESCs
Attach the Motors (9) to the arms as shown in Figure 3. Note the color of the propeller nuts and tighten screws firmly. Connect the ESCs (integrated into PDB 19) to the motor wires. Fasten ESCs and motor wires to the arms with zip ties. To ensure correct motor direction, test them before flight. If a motor spins the wrong way, swap any two of its three wires.
Diagram Description: Diagram showing motors being attached to the arms and ESCs being connected to motor wires. Zip ties are used for securing. Figure 3 details the correct placement of motors and propellers on the drone arms. It also indicates the required direction of propeller spin for forward flight.
Step 3: ESC Signal Lines
Connect the ESC signal lines to the MAIN OUT ports of the Pixhawk 4 Mini (11) in the correct order indicated in Figure 3. Orient the connectors as shown.

Step 5: Pixhawk 4 Mini Installation
Stick Foam Pads (18) onto the Flight Controller Plate (4). Place the Pixhawk 4 Mini (11) onto the foam pads, pressing down firmly. Ensure the Arrow ➡️ on the Pixhawk 4 Mini points toward the front of the frame.

Step 8: RC Receiver and FPV Transmitter
Connect the RC Receiver to the Pixhawk 4 Mini (11). Use the PPM port for PPM receivers or the RCIN port for SBUS receivers. Connect the FPV Transmitter (13) to the FPV Power Board as shown in Figure 2. Attach the RC Receiver and FPV Transmitter [Complete Kit] to the rear of the frame using a zip tie.
Diagram Description: Illustrations detailing RC receiver connections to the Pixhawk 4 Mini and the FPV transmitter connection to the FPV Power Board. The placement of these components on the rear of the frame is also shown.
Step 9: FPV Camera
[Complete Kit] Attach the FPV Camera (16) to the Top Plate (2).
Diagram Description: Diagram showing the FPV camera being mounted onto the top plate of the drone.
Step 10: Standoffs and GPS
Attach 37mm Standoffs (x6) to the Mid Plate (1) using Steel M3 6mm ? (x6). [Complete Kit] Connect the FPV Camera (16) to the FPV Power Board as shown in Figure 2. Fasten down any loose wires to the frame with zip ties; the standoffs provide a good fastening point. Attach the Battery Straps (12) to the Top Plate (2). Loop the GPS (10) cable through the Top Plate and connect the GPS to the Pixhawk 4 Mini GPS MODULE port. Fasten the Top Plate (2) to the Standoffs with Steel M3 6mm ? (x6). Attach the GPS (10) to the Top Plate using the round foam pad and secure its cable to the frame with zip ties.
Diagram Description: Illustrations showing standoffs being attached to the mid plate, FPV camera connection to the FPV power board, GPS cable routing through the top plate, and the top plate being secured with screws. The GPS unit is shown mounted on the top plate.
Step 11: Telemetry Radios
Connect the Mini Telemetry Radio (15) to the Pixhawk 4 Mini (11) TELEM port. [Complete Kit] Connect the FPV Power Board to the Pixhawk 4 Mini as shown in Figure 2. Attach the Mini Telemetry Radio and FPV Power Board [Complete Kit] to the front of the frame using double-sided tape.
